Wings Of Fire: New Companion [1]

Chapter 3.

(This wont be in Bambi's pov, this will be in Bandu's pov. He is a RainWing NightWing hybrid along with his brother, Expunged. The next chapter will be a dragon on Palanta.)

Bandu's POV.

Bandu looked up at the dark sky, he saw other awake RainWings, ever since they heard that the SkyWings are attacking other tribes. He yawned and looked at his brother, Expunged. He walked out of his den(?) Seeing three RainWings and a small one that he knew.

"Oh hey, you four." He said quietly, trying not to be loud. "Hey Bandu! Why are you so up this late?" Bandu yawned. "Cant sleep tonight I guess, I just wanna be prepared just incase if a attack happens." He looked around the Rainforest, then looked back at the red RainWing.

"Well Bambom, since you are also up, wanna eat some fruit?" Bambom nodded. "Bye Poisondart, Blue and Red." He waved at the three RainWings, Bandu and Bambom flew to a pile of strawberries Bambom stored at.

"Yay! Strawberries!" He grabbed a handful of strawberries in on of his talons, giving them to Bandu, he smiled and Bambom. Bambom smiled back and picked up a strawberry.

Minutes has passed, Bambom was almost done eating all of the strawberries while Bandu ate other fruit. Bandu grabbed a mango before he smelt smoke.

Bambom and Bandu looked back to see one of trees burning. Bambom shaked and ran close to Bandu. "What's happening?" Expunged yelled out to Bandu. "I dont know!" He shouted, he saw a group of SkyWings flew in the air.

His teeth grinned up together, the SkyWings dropped dragon flame cactis everywhere, leaving flames and smoke in the areas where it hitted.

RainWings fly everywhere, leaving and evacuating the Rainforest. He glared at three RainWings, Monochrome, and her two siblings, Poisondart and Frog.

"Let me just fight them!" Frog yelled at his two siblings, who where tugging him away from the SkyWings.

"No you cant!" Poisondart shouted back to him. A SkyWing glared at the three RainWings arguing, he drops it on Frog leaving a explosion in the air. Bandu gasped as Frog's lifeless body falls onto the ground.

The explosion burnt Monochrome, she hissed in pain as Poisondart flew down to get Frog's body.

Monochrome was knocked out of the sky, laying in front of the three. "Monochrome! Are you ok?" Bambi ran to her body looking around to she if she's still alive.

"She's not, can you tell?" Expunged mumbled his words that he said, Bambom looked at him confused. "What did you say?" He questioned him. "Nothing! Nothing!" He shouted in annoyed tone.

Monochrome opened her eyes, seeing fires everything, trees burning. There where no other RainWings expect Poisondart holding Frogs dead body. "What happened to him...?" She said weakly. Tears came down Poisondart's face. "He's dead..." he started to sob. "Where are all the other RainWings at...?" He eyes watered. "They went to MudWing kingdom..." Bandu looked at Frog's body. Before Bandu could say something, the two flew away with Frog's body. "We have to get out of here before we die from the smoke inhalation!" Bandu told Expunged.

The three flew away from the Rainforest. Bambom looked around the area they were at. "Psst...Bambom..." Bambom looked back the bush behind him. He walked over to the bush and got Bandu's attention. "What's wrong Bambom?" Bambom looked back.

"A dragon I know is here!" Bambom shouted happily. 'I wonder why he's happy.' A NightWing walked out of the Bush. "Hello there, my name is Ringi."

"I'm Bandu. And that's Expunged." They were interrupted by a SeaWing and IceWing walking to them. "Hello! We were wondering if you would like to help us defeat the SkyWings?" Bandu thought of it. "Yes, since we were just attacked by SkyWings earlier." Expunged responded to them.

"Ok, we'll stay here for tonight then." The SeaWing said as he laid down.
