My POV

I looked up into the dark sky as I gazed at the dystopian society what happened here well what am I saying this is a dungeon

My sight met with the latest quest offered

Fight the skeleton horde and destroy all skeletons

Duration: 2hrs

Rewards: 2500exps, shop function unlocked, a skill book

Well then let's do this

I walked across what seems like an old village with my guard up I didn't know what to expect from this dungeon It looked old the what seems to look like a hut looked burnt the roofs were gone the place looked abandoned and destroyed suddenly I felt something creeping up from behind me I rolled out of the way as I avoided a skeleton attack

I counted them and they were six of them

I checked their stats

And there were five of them

Guess I just have to clear them out and be done with this dungeon I quickly equipped my sword and went for the attack not holding back

I suddenly disappeared and flashed Infront of a skeleton and drew a beautiful ark quickly beheading it

CRITICAL DAMAGE HAS BEEN INFLICTED

I heard the notification and ignored it, since they were dead and didn't really have int, it actually made it easier

I quickly rolled out of the way avoiding a stomp from a skeleton and jumped back just to blink behind it i aimed for it's spine but was stunned at how it quickly turned back and aimed for my face

I was able to twist my body narrowly avoiding it but still got my cheek grazed a bit

Me: this isn't going to be simple like the last one

Skeleton 1:Free us

It's voice sounded hoarse and dry

Me: wait a minute did it just talk

My eyes widened but I didn't have time to think further as another one jumped at me

I quickly drew my sword and struck the skeleton multiple times lowering it's HP and finishing it off with a kick to the neck

Seriously what is going on, the entire duration gave me 2 hours and I have to comb this entire village and plus with the way the mobs can actually talk something weird is going on

This could be some sort of cursed village

It attacked me again and I blinked avoiding the attack and aimed for it's joints on the legs disabling them and then shattered it's spine killing the already dead creature
