[ Hi, it's been a long time. I am not sure if I can do it...But I'll try. However, it's really hard for me to focus on something, so please bear with me a little. This is the second part of this novel...You might not understand everything now. But you will get it. Remember last chapter? Kim and Chay were separated and Baby Blue was left alone to Korn's care. A few years had passed.
Blue POV :
The air was heavy, that day, the young woman tapped her foot impatiently. She didn't like it, waiting was a waste of time.
''The Zone is back to what it was.'' muttered Guffy. ''This is what the grownups keep saying... What if they are still some crazy wolf mutants ?!''
''Shut up, Guf.''
Her friend, a young boy, younger than her, he wore a big yellow belt, hideous. Guffy was still a kid, trying to keep a boyish spirit, with that WWE wrestling belt.
''Maybe we should leave?'' muttered the woman in a gasp. ''I don't like how things are getting...dark.''
"Why do you always act like we're in a hurry, Blue? Are you scared, hehe~ ?"
''No. But I didn't ask you to follow me.'' reminded the young woman, rolling her eyes. ''If something happens, I'll be held responsible for your fat ass...''
''Eh !''
Guffy pouted a bit, irritated by his friend's bad mood. The young woman raised her icy gaze, far away, towards the snow-capped mountains. She was sure to have seen a wolf, and she wanted to be sure that she could kill this beast. Blue was a hunter, she lived for this kind of moment.
''Go back to old Joe's cabin, if you prefer.'' sneered the young woman. "Or are you still afraid of his ghost?"
''It's not funny.'' retorted Guffy waving his hands. "There's been a lot of death here, you know. Wolves aren't something you can kill easily!"
''I could !''
''No way !''
''I said that I could do it !''
''And I am sure that you can't !''
''Enough, Guf.''
Blue wasn't stupid. She could see the city in ruins, the remains of corpses on the ground and almost the entire population had disappeared. But this wolf might be an answer. She wanted to know and also she wanted Guffy to shut up.
''Get down!'' suddenly demanded Blue grabbing her gun.
Guffy let out a little cry, like a pig being strangled, and he rushed behind an old garbage can. Blue raised her weapon to eye level, calming her breathing, she listened: someond was advancing towards the two children.
