🌕In the Zone, classroom 🌕
Rose watched the soldiers lead the children away. It was awful, as always, she wanted to scream and run away...But there was nothing she could do. She hated it. The Zone had become a paradise for the tyrant Korn Theerapanyakul.
''Hey!''
The young woman pushed up her glasses with a sigh. Fucking assholes.
''You can't do that here!'' roared Rose.
She walked over with a firm step and decided on one of the scary red-eyed mutant dogs. Without any fear, she lifted the little puppy in her arms and glared at the alpha:
''We do not touch children who are too small! DO NOT TRY !''
''Grrr.''
The animal showed its sharp fangs and the young woman contented herself with slamming the door of her classroom. She had become a teacher, refusing to abandon the children of the city and the Zone. Things were really hard here. Especially on children. She hated it. However Korn was constantly using them to produce his damn cure.
''Sorry, my little one.''
Rose put the puppy in a small military bed. She could teach children, for a while... A few years only. Then Korn would order the harvest... And he would select children to kill them. She hated it. Those poor children were completely unaware of the situation.

She looked at a framed photocopy lying on her desk with sadness. Rose missed her dear friend Porchay. He had found his happiness, in a new city with his mate. But maybe the Zone deserved a better future too. They all did. But some stayed trapped here, with Korn and his demonic army of Wolves.

The little puppy licked the young woman's hand and her heart broke a little more. She knew a heavy secret...A secret that endangered her friend Chay..And Chay's baby. Porchay Kittisawasd... Actually, no, Porchay Theerapanyakul now, was going to give birth to a baby girl.
