"Al Haitham!! Where are you?! The competition is about to start!!"
"I'm right around the corner, Faruzan!!"
Al Haitham said as he came running into the streets while on a call with his manager, Faruzan. Today, there is a competition for pianists. Al Haitham here was lost on his thoughts while roaming around that he has forgotten about the competition.
"Do you have any idea how far the stadium is from where you are running right now?!" yelled Faruzan through the phone call.
"I am well aware of it, Faruzan. Now please give me time on running from where I am right now. I am already on my way." said Al Haitham before he hung up the phone.
He quickly checked the clock from his phone. "Shit..." he mumbled. He has only 30 minutes left before he'll reach the stadium. The stadium was about 50 minutes away from where he is right now. But since all sources of transportation are packed, he has no choice but to run.
...
"Ahh shit I am late for my practice for my recital!!" yelled by a blonde man as he is running in the hallways.
"Hey Kaveh!! Your music sheets are still with me!!"
"Oh shit, almost forgot. Thanks Tighnari." said Kaveh as he ran back to his friend to grab the music sheets then proceeded to run again.
"Hey good luck on the recital next week!!" yelled Tighnari as he watch his friend running in the hallways. "Thank you!!" Kaveh yelled back.
"Shit Aazar is going to kill me if he finds out that I am late for the practice. I should have not slept in the music room while practicing." said Kaveh as he was running and ignoring the fact that people are watching him.

Two skilled musicians, one is a pianist and one is a violinist, now running late towards to the places where they were needed. Al Haitham is a skilled pianist, whose competition is now being held in Sumeru City stadium. He started being a piano prodigy at only 7 years old. He has taken an interest on playing the piano after he saw his mother play the piano for him.
Meanwhile Kaveh is a skilled violinist. Like Al Haitham, Kaveh started being a violin prodigy at also 7 years old. Except that Kaveh was forced to be one due to the fact that his mother has high expectations for him. After his father died, Kaveh's mother forced him to continue to play the violin to the point that he became the breadwinner of the family. Playing the violin became both his career and lifetime hobby.
15 minutes have passed, Al Haitham was already halfway to the stadium. Faruzan kept on updating him through text on which contestant was already performing.
"Thankfully I am last to perform. But that doesn't mean that I might make it on time." he said as he was reading his manager's texts while running. Sumeru is a busy city so people running late to a certain schedule is a normal thing for the others.
Meanwhile with Kaveh, he's still 1/4 away from his destination. He kept looking back and forth from the clock on his phone, hoping that he'll make it in time for the practice. "I am dead meat once my instructor tells my mother that I am late or absent for the practice."
Both are now in the ends of a silent and calming street of a subdivision. That subdivision was considered a shortcut from the city and the outskirts of Sumeru. The beautiful petals of the Royal Poinciana or Fire Tree to make it easier to remember for locals, are swiftly falling from the branches. From both ends of the street, the pianist is running from one end and the violinist is running from another. Al Haitham puts his phone back to his pocket after reading the last few messages from Faruzan then starts to pace up.
