At the diner Shay is serving a lot of customers on a rainy day some people came in wet and some dry, Wiley came by to the diner just to see Shay but she was working he was just admiring her, her beauty, that smile of hers, her long pretty light brown hair and her big beautiful eyes. Shay saw him and walking towards him "hey my love" she said and kiss him "hey I just stopped by to see you and am I still coming over tomorrow?" Wiley ask she smiles at him "yes of course now go I got to get back to work" Shay chuckled "okay bye beautiful" Wiley says he gives her a kiss on the cheek.
As Wiley going out the door he held the door for a family that came in the diner it was a older man in 40s and he has 3 kids with him walking to the table to sit down, Shay walks to the table where the family is at "hi welcome I'm your waitress Shay does anyone want anything to drink first?" She asked the family the dad wanted a coffee and the kids wanted a coke, lemonade and Orange juice. Shay notice that the man staring at her like he knew her but she brush it off then getting them the drinks as she was handing them the drinks she noticed him still staring at her she took their orders and then she walked away, Shay came back with the food and the man said "wait do you know a lady name Nancy Jones?" He ask "yeah she's my mom" Shay replied back to him, his eyes got bigger "I know you! I'm Drew Ledger I'm your father" the man said "you have a birthmark on your arm I was at the hospital with your mother" he wasn't wrong Shay did in fact have a birthmark on her arm and Shay did saw a picture of him before but it was a long time ago. "What?" Shay said quietly she back up then she walk fast away she told someone else to cover her while she went in the back, Shay was in the back just sat down and cried and cried she couldn't believe it he hasn't been there for her since she was a little baby she was so upset and mad.
Shay came home after her shift is over she call Nancy to tell her what happened today
Shay:hello mom? Nancy:hey honey how are you? Shay:I was doing good till something happened. Nancy:oh no what happened? Shay:Drew? Do you know him? Nancy:Shay that's your dad. Shay:so it is true? Nancy:yes he left since you were a baby and I try everything with him I did but he just left me here and he left you too. *sniffing* Shay:he has 3 other kids. Nancy:yep that's his kids he has kids with that tramp that he left me for Shay:I'm so sorry mom I got to go I love you. Nancy:I love you too,bye honey.
Shay hung up the phone and wipe her tears away she got up went into the bathroom and turned the shower on she got in and cried in the shower about everything that happened today she was thinking why she deserve the pain that people put her though. After the shower she dry herself off then she put on Wiley's shirt and her panties for bed, Shay was getting ready to dose off to sleep the shirt smell like him so it made her feel better and safe Shay just smile then went to sleep.
