Shay is halfway showing she's 7 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby she's really happy about the baby now. Shay and Wiley didn't their family yet so they have a surprise for the parents to tell them that they're expecting a child when they see them.

Shay did work today but she wasn't doing as much Shay is wiping the tables and giving people their food then she sits down for a while her boss told her to because he doesn't want her to get hurt or anything. Shay is wiping down the tables someone walked into the diner he touched Shay's hair she turned around to say something but Shay is frozen with fear it was Devin as he touching her hair again "hey long time no see" Devin laughed, "what are you doing here? Why you can't stop bothering me? She asks "maybe I miss you, you know me and Mindy didn't work out so" Devin says as he continuing touching her but she slapped his hand off of her and he smirks and said "so you still with that little bitch boy?" "Yes I am and treats me well more then you ever did!" Shay shouts "and by the way I'm pregnant something that you will never experience because you want to go around cheat and beat me. I'm so glad that I'm done with you because you're not mines anymore and I'm over you so please leave me alone before I call the cops on your ass" Shay said angrily but it feels so good standing up to herself after a year of fear from him but she doesn't feel scared of him anymore. Devin walks out of the diner saying nothing he just left after she cuss him out but she's feeling relief and relaxed Joseph came and clapped for her then he hugs her too "oh I'm so proud of you Shay for standing up for herself" He tells her, Shay took a deep breath and smile "I know I did right?" Shay says happily then the two went back to work for the rest of the day.

It was already dark Shay got off of work already she was walking to her car then Shay heard a voice "hey babe" but it's Devin, Shay sighs but she has he knife in her purse "I told you to leave me alone!" Shay shouts "you're nobody without me bitch!" As he put his hands on her neck "you're a fucking whore look at you!" Shay cries out but he didn't care. Devin tries to kiss her but she turned her head and then she slapped him "STAY AWAY FROM ME!" Shay screams out Devin got up and punched her in the face Shay falls down Devin picked up her by her hair and threw her against the car and she falls down again then he is kicking her repeatedly "MY BABY!" Shay screamed Devin kicked her in the stomach last then he ran away, Joseph came back because he forgot something then he saw Shay on the ground he ran to her she was bleeding all over "it's okay I got you" Joseph said as he holding her but he cried "SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!" Joseph screamed people came to help Shay and they called 911.

||Wiley's POV||

I was working when I got the call I thought it was my family calling me but it was the doctor from the hospital telling that Shay is beaten I couldn't believe what they were saying to me I was so fucking angry and upset, I just told them that I'll be back I have to go and I ran out of there to get in my car then drive to the hospital where Shay and the baby is.

Wiley came in the room where Shay is Wiley hugging her so tight as she was all bruised and scratched, "how are you and the baby?" He asks "I'm hurting but I'm okay they're checking to see if the baby is fine I hope so" Shay said "who did this?" As Wiley getting mad "Devin" Shay said as she holds her belly "he came by the diner he was bothering me I told him to stop before I call the cops" Shay said as she holding his hand "if they don't do anything I will kill him!" Wiley said angrily, the doctor walked into the room with sadness written all over her face "I have some bad news" Shay sat up on the bed "what is it?" Wiley asks, "I'm sorry to tell you this but the baby has died" the doctor said Wiley is shocked and Shay is shedding tears already "how?" She asked "as you were beaten there's was blood between your legs and bruises on your stomach like you got kicked or hit in your stomach where the baby was. I'm so sorry Miss.Ledger and Mr.Wiggins" Shay bust into tears "NO! Not my baby!!" She screamed Wiley walked around then kiss Shay on the lips "oh my god" Wiley cries out "I'm going to find him" as he grabs his coat and left the room as Shay just crying in the hospital bed.

Wiley driving around looking for Devin "where are you motherfucker" Wiley says as he's looking from left to right looking for him as he was still driving Devin is walking out of his house Wiley swerve and block him then he hopped out of the car "oh hey Wiley" Devin says backing up Wiley punch him in the face and kick him "YOU BEAT UP MY GIRLFRIEND AND YOU KILLED OUR BABY YOU'RE GONNA PAY!" He screamed at Devin, Wiley punching him in the face then he kicked him some more after that he called the cops Wiley pulls Devin by his shirt "if you come by her again I will kill you" Wiley tells Devin then Wiley walked away to his car and drove off, Wiley got to the hospital again then he went to Shay's room but she was resting Wiley went by the holding her hand he cried and cried "Shay I'm so sorry" he cries out as he kiss her on the cheek.
