Hello Again

Shay is working at the diner she have a early shift she came in at 8:00am as Shay is passing the plate full of eggs, toast, Bacon and the drink Orange juice to a customer, Shay's coworker and friend Joseph came over to talk to her about something that happened yesterday but she wasn't there "so there's a man that keeps coming in here and looking for you should I be worried?" He asked but he was very concerned "no I know him and I hate to say this but that's my dad I haven't seen him since I was a baby" Shay told him as she's cleaning off the table.

Drew came in the diner and sat down at the table by the window "there's he goes right over there" Joseph pointed at Drew, Shay just got annoyed but sad  "I'll be over there Joseph but take his order please?" She ask Joseph "okay." Joseph said walking over where Drew was he asked for coffee only then he looked outside of the window. Shay is walking where Drew is sitting she sat down and she have a disappointment face "what do you want?" She asked as she sat back with her arms crossed making eye contact with her father, "to meet you, to finally see you. You look just like me but alot of your mother." He said looking like he's going to cry "so you left me now you want to know me?" She asked again "I know I'm so sorry for leaving you and Nancy it was all my fault" Drew said "I just want to see how far you become and you look so grown up" he also said while he's drinking his coffee, "I'm 20 years old I have an apartment, a car and a boyfriend that loves me I'm going to college went I get everything settled" Shay told Drew as she got an attitude "anything else?" She says in a sassy tone but she is still mad at him for leaving her and her mom Nancy, Shay got up and walked away from her dad Drew to get back to work and not worrying about him she did cry but she wiped her tears always and go back to work.

After work Shay was watching All in the family while she's eating chicken salad she hears a door knocked "I know that's not Wiley" she thought to herself she just was talking to Wiley but he was working, Shay got up she turned the tv off then walking to the door as soon she opened it Drew is at the door. Shay got confused "how do you know I live here?" She wondered "Joseph told me the address, can I come in?" Drew asked Shay slightly move to the side to come inside, Shay close the door and stay back while he's looking around the house Drew saw a picture of Shay and Nancy "wow you two are so beautiful" he said "you look just like me here" he said, Drew saw a picture of her and Wiley Drew's eyes got big "he was at the diner holding the door for me" he remembered "yeah that's Wiley" Shay said looking down at her floor "you can sit down at the table" Shay pointing to the table as she is walking to sit down "what do you have to say to me?" She asked, Drew look down at his hands then at Shay and sigh "I really wanted to see you, I'm an horrible dad what I put you though and what I put Nancy though she's been nothing but loving to me but I fucked that up and left her" Drew starting to cry "oh now you're crying?" says Shay angrily "YOU LEFT ME AND MOM AND NOW YOU'RE FUCKING CRYING I DARE YOU!" Shay screamed at Drew "listen I'm so sorry that I really did that" he says "now you got other kids and you forgot all about me like I don't matter Drew you don't deserve to be called now right now because since I was young you never were around!" Shay said but she bust out in tears "I always think about you and you haven't even call me or my mom you left us." She also said, Shay just cry in front of Drew he got up start walking to Shay and kissed her on the top of her head "call me when you want to talk to me" he said putting a paper with his number on the table then left out the apartment, Shay got up from the table then called Nancy.

Shay:hey mom *cries*
Nancy:hey baby what's going on why are you crying?
Shay:so I talked to Drew he came by tonight to talk but I don't know if I want to forgive him.
Nancy:aw baby it's up to you to forgive him you don't have to but it takes time baby, I hate him for what he did to us and I still do I don't know if I want to forgive him too Shay.
Shay:yeah *cries* it sucks.
Nancy:I know honey. I'm working right now but I will call you when I get off I promise I will.
Shay:okay I love you.
Nancy:I love you too sweetie,bye.
