Valerie's POV: Saturday, 7:30 PM
It's now Saturday, which means it's almost time for me and Harry's Date. All week Logan has been acting differently toward me, and I Don't Know Why.

As I'm getting ready, I put on a black dress and a pair of white heels including some earrings, I Stop my music immediately after I see Logan behind me in my bathroom mirror.

Oh great.

"What's wrong sweetie?" I ask him.

"I know that Harry isn't a friend." He says with a sigh.

Oh my god. What have I done?

"What are you talking about?" I ask panicking. He knows.

"Harry's my teacher, Mom." He said a little louder than before.

"Hey- Don't raise your voice at me," I Say sternly as I point my eyeshadow brush at him.

"Mom is that who you're seeing tonight?" He asks.

I sigh immediately as I take a deep breath, "Yes, Logan." I reply.

All he does is shake his head and walk out of the room.

Why is he so mad?

Time goes by fast, the next thing I know it's time for me and Harry's date. I immediately pack my things together getting ready to head out.

I tell Logan and my sister goodbye, Yes Logan may be 10 but I feel safer if he has a sitter.

As I'm heading out, I immediately get a text from Harry.

From: Harry "Hey, might be a bit. Stuck in traffic. See you in a bit, beautiful."

I smile at his text, immediately responding.

"Okay! I'm on my way!" I hit send.

As I get in my car, I turn on my Bluetooth immediately turning on the 1975.

Time skip 8:15 pm.

As I'm sitting inside the restaurant waiting for Harry, I scroll through Instagram to keep me entertained.

I look up from my phone to see the tall figure walking towards me, there he was.

He smiles at me as he greets me, sitting down at the table.

"I'm so sorry I'm late! Traffic was terrible!" He says with an unpleasant look on his face.

I simply shrug.

"Oh no! Don't apologize! It's something you can't help!" I say with a reassuring smile.

He simply nods as he starts skimming over the menu, pushing his hand slightly toward mine.

What the hell is happening?

"So," I say clearing my throat, "How's work?" I say.

"Mm, Same old same old. Logan is a really OU great student." He says with a fake smile.

"That doesn't sound like a genuine response," I say with a laugh, trying to lighten the mood.

"What? Oh no, Trust me! He's great!" He says smiling.

That smile gets me.

"Hm, whatever you say," I say with a shrug.

After a few minutes of conversation, we both decide to order. While we wait in a little bit of awkward silence he speaks up.

"So, let's say after tonight, do you want to come by?" He asks.

Oh my god. I'm never going to pass this up.
