Ciel was absolutely obsessed with anything dinosaur related, all you had to do was slap a dino on it, and the boy was sold.
Ciel POV:
I grabbed my t-rex and rush downstairs to show my sister the tiktok I just saw, it was absolutely AMAZINGGGGG it was a dino jar, and I. WANTED. A. DINO. JAR.... no I needed it.
I live with my parents and older sister Eliza, she is normally the one to watch me because our parents work all the time, but it's been great because they let us have almost anything we want, which is good because my collection is never ending, from posters, plushies, toys, bedding, cups and more, nothing I can ever get is too much. Alas, seeing the tiktok I rush downstairs and shove my phone in my sisters face
"LIZAAAAAAAAAAA " I push my phone into her face from where she was sitting on the couch reading "CAN WE DO THIS PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEE"
"Calm down so I can see what it is first" Eliza said while grabbing my phone and pulling me down to sit with her "ah, that doesn't look too hard, does it"
"Nuuhh dino never too hard" I smiled back
"Alright, let's go get the stuff to make it, I'll let mom know, now go get your shoes" she got up and walked away to get her stuff together while I ran to grab my dino green converse and just shoved them on
I not to patiently bounced by the door waiting on her to hurry up "cc, that is not how you put your shoes on.. Sit down and I'll fix it" that's the thing about my sister, she just accepted me, and helped without question, I loved that about her.
After fixing my shoes she grabbed my hand and led me out to the car where she made sure I was buckled up in the backseat before climbing into the drivers seat "okay, we are only getting the stuff to make the jars, nothing else okay?"
I nodded then stared out the window sucking my thumb as we were on the way

Once we got to the store and made our way in eliza grabbed a cart "your hand does not let go, do you hear me mister"
"I hears you sistah" I grab the cart and follow along with her
"It was like a night light wasn't it, show me again" Eliza said while I got my phone out to show her the video once more "ah so we need jars, black vinyl, lights to go in them, and markers to color the jars, let's go"
First we made our way to the food storage section to look at all the jars, we ended up picking some smooth mason jars out and I carefully set them in the bottom on the cart before grabbing it and letting myself be led to the crafting section where Eliza had me pick out markers while she grabbed whatever vinyl was and lights. I picked up a giant pack of markers but she told me no, she made me get just a few individual colors.. But I just pouted and picked green, yellow and orange, they're my favorites. After I sulkingly put them in the cart, she grabbed my hand and led us to a self check out.
I stood there zoned out letting her do all the work, and stayed zoned out until I realized we were home.
"Ciel.. Ciel... CIEL" I didn't notice Liz calling my name so I jumped back and stared her down, upset
"I'm sorry buddy, you just weren't responding, do you wanna make your jars now?" No longer upset because I remembered our craft I nodded bouncing up and down. "I'll cut out the vinyl, here's your markers so you go sit and color, remember one color per jar" I nodded and grabbed my supplies and sat in the middle of the floor so I could spread everything around me.
I carefully, well not so carefully, colored my three jars each their own color, when I was done I went to grab them for my sister
"Lizzy I done" I placed them on the kitchen table where there was now multiple cut outs of various dinosaurs
"Wow, good job, look at you go" I giggled soaking in the praise "now let me put these on so we don't have a fit if you accidentally mess one up" I just nodded remembering the time I tore a paper dino and cried thinking I killed it, but sissy saved him with tape
I laid my head on my arms watching as she peeled the Dino's off the paper thingy and slowly stuck then to the jar, pressing so that no air bubbles would get caught, she handed to back to me as she finished each one.
"Okay, now last step, the lights" she placed fake candles that would normally go in jackolanterns in the jars "now go turn off the light bubs, so you can see what good of a job you did"
I quickly hopped up to turn off the light and was mesmerized instantly, hugging my sister while never taking my eyes off my precious dino jars.
