{ EeveesAndCheesecakes } "How did you die?"

{{ I've actually given a couple of ways he's died. This one's probably my favourite, though. }}

"Touchy...but I can answer your question. I guess you could say that I've died twice.

Arthur Kirkland. Not exactly the holiest of human beings, but not the worst sinner.

Sure, he dabbled in black magic, people swore he was an alcoholic, not to mention his own cursed swearing...

He did his bible studies, went to church and participated as expected, even prayed most nights before sleeping.

Honestly, he was afraid of going to Hell. Hearing so many stories about that place... Every time it was mentioned, it sent a shiver down his spine.

He did believe in his God, his savior from the retched place.

When it was finally his time to come home to his father, the cause was a fatal blow to the head; someone dropped a flower pot on the poor man.

It sounds rather ACME, I know, but it's true.

After the bad gardening accident, Arthur dwelled happily in the paradise above.

Time passed and a young man in the world of the living caught his eye. The man went by the name of Francis Bonnefoy...and what a man, indeed. Little Arthur took interest in this human, watching him to learn more about him. Occasionally, he'd pay him a visit, leaving him little air kisses here and there, helping him when he might get hurt... Even when he fell into a terrible depression.

Arthur was devastated to witness what he'd witnessed. His dear Francis was falling apart right in front of him and he couldn't do anything but hope he'd pray.

One day, however, Arthur grew impatient. He took it upon himself to save Francis from his fate.

He'd made a deal with a demon.

Call me cliché, but just listen.

It didn't take long for The Almighty to find out about Arthur's wrong-doing, wasting no time on the punishment. A deed like this was unforgivable.

Stripped from his wings and thrown to the surface, Arthur was once again human.

Imagine living in this horrid place called 'Earth', doing everything you could to have a happy eternity, and all of that being thrown away over a dumb decision.

The doctors called it a car accident despite the non-existent wounds. He was sent to the hospital for further inspection, only to be visited by a special someone soon after.

Lucifer, or Alfred F. Jones, had come to look for the souls of dying people, finding Arthur in his bed along the way. Alfred sensed something strange about Arthur. After a bit of interrogation, Alfred found out about him, as well, being a fallen angel. Finding interest in the ex-angel, Alfred made Arthur an offer. He'd give Arthur new wings in return for service in Hell.

Arthur took the offer and was pulled off into the gates of hell where he served as Abaddon.

And that's my story, folks."
