So whosoever want to take part as a participant or judge they have to follow some rules and make payment and after completing all the requirements i will give my acceptance on your participation form.

~For Judges~
I will write "pm me" on your participation form after completing all the requirements and will decide which genre i am going to allot you or what genre you want to choose.
I will tell when the time for judgment is going to began.
~For Participants~
I will write "accepted" on your participation form after you follow all the rules and regulations.
And i will only accept it if you had completed all the requirements.
