[As dusk settled over the dense woods, Hydro Undergrove found himself retreating deeper into the forest, the weight of the impending decision heavy on his mind. The air around him was thick with tension, a reflection of the unease that churned within him. Hydro knew that summoning the Instance Dungeon was a risky move, one that could have unpredictable consequences. The memories of past encounters with these dungeons played out in his mind like a haunting echo, each one a reminder of the dangers that lurked within. But despite his apprehension, Hydro felt a pull, an undeniable urge to proceed with the Job Change Request.]
[The forest around him was eerily silent, the usual sounds of nature seemingly hushed in anticipation of what was to come. The shadows of the trees stretched long across the forest floor, creating a labyrinth of darkness that mirrored the uncertainty in Hydro's heart. He took a deep breath, steadying himself, and decided to go through with it. There was no turning back now.]
[Suddenly, a vast purple void gate materialized before him, crackling with lightning. The sheer energy emanating from the portal made the hairs on the back of Hydro's neck stand on end. The sight of it was both mesmerizing and terrifying. Just as he was about to step through, a thought struck him—he had forgotten to complete his Daily Quest. He hesitated for a moment, considering the implications, but quickly dismissed the thought. It could wait until after this. Whatever awaited him in the dungeon took precedence.]
HYDRO: The Hallway, it seems like it's the same as the Palace of Gala. I wonder what took me inside here.
[Hydro stepped into the dungeon, his senses on high alert. The atmosphere inside was oppressive, the air thick with an unnameable tension. The corridor he found himself in was deceptively normal, its appearance belying the dangers that lay ahead. As he advanced, a notification flashed before his eyes: "In this area, the use of potions, Full Recovery, and access to the Store are prohibited. You will not be able to recover your stats upon leveling up, nor can you leave until the quest is completed."]
[The restrictions were severe, and Hydro felt a shiver of apprehension run down his spine. He tightened his grip on Kasaka's Venom Fang, which he had summoned from his Inventory, as the sound of metallic thuds echoed through the hallway. The noise grew louder, reverberating off the walls, and Hydro's heart raced in response.]
[Out of the shadows, a figure emerged—a magical beast clad in imposing armor, a Knight, with a sword gleaming menacingly in the dim light. The sight of the armored figure sent a jolt of adrenaline through Hydro. He knew this was not going to be an easy fight.]
HYDRO: A knight--?!
[Hydro acted on instinct, launching himself forward with a swift, precise slice aimed at the Knight's torso. But to his shock, the attack had no effect. The blade glanced off the armor harmlessly, as if it were nothing more than a toy. Surprise flashed in Hydro's eyes, but he had no time to dwell on it. The Knight was already charging at him, its sword raised high.]
HYDRO: My attacks aren't inflicting damage! shi-
[he muttered under his breath, as he quickly shifted his weight to dodge the incoming blow.]
[The clash of steel rang out as their blades met, sparks flying from the force of the impact. Hydro was quick on his feet, using his agility to his advantage. He leaped back, creating some distance between them, and activated one of his Active Skills—Fatal Strike. His eyes locked onto the Knight's chest, aiming for a critical hit, but once again, his attack failed to penetrate the armor.]
[The frustration was building within him, but Hydro knew he couldn't afford to lose his cool. This Knight was unlike any enemy he had faced before. As the Knight advanced again, Hydro darted to the side, narrowly avoiding a potentially fatal blow. The memory of his victory over Kasaka flashed in his mind, and he realized that brute force alone wouldn't be enough to defeat this foe.]
