Jake stayed quiet as they dragged
the suspect upstairs. Being speechless
as Sun holds the man by his arms, and Teok pressing a pistol to his back. They walk up the stairs, having a blindfold over the man's eyes and tape over his lips.

Jay and Niki can't be seen. They took him to the attic. Sun throwing the man onto the floor.

"... I'll interrogate," Jake says, "You two just stay downstairs, and if anything goes wrong. You can shoot him on site. Don't tell Jay anything till I get out."

"... Are you sure?" Teok asks, "Do you
want my gun just in case?"

"No," Jake shakes his head. "... I'll be
fine."

Teok and Sun nodded, looking at
each other before leaving the attic
by the ladder. Jake slams the floor hatch shut. Looking over at the man panting, eyes covered, camera smashed.

The man tries to shout through
the tape, trying to wiggle out of his
restraints Teok ever so tightly tied
around his wrists and feet. Jake
frowns, glaring at the man.

He walks over and rips the tape off his
lips. "Fucking bastard," He spat, "I told
you to never Come near me ever again. How'd you find me?"

"... Take my restraints off," He pants,
sitting up, "Take it off, Jake-ah."

"It's Jaehyun," He shook his head before doing as he said. He rips the fabric off his face, watching as those familiar eyes open. "You sick fuck." His hands made way to the other's, knowing his way to untie Teok's complicated knots.

His cheek brushed against his shoulder, and when he pulled away he felt the warmth of palms cup his cheeks. His expression was about to turn into disgust, but instead his eyes widen. Widen from the warmth engulfing him. The softness. The scent. The lips on his.

His body suddenly froze from shock,
his mind screaming and racing. He felt heat rise onto his cheeks without his heart's permission. The soft sounds of pecks too disturbingly familiar, a bit of his heart started to remember the longing he use to have for them.

He remembered the amount of pain
that came after them, and pulled away. His palm jerking back and hitting the man's cheek, the stinging feeling victorious. He wiped his lips with his sleeve as if they touched venom, poison, toxins.

He turns his head to spit. The man rubs his cheek.

"Don't ever touch me again," Jake
shouts, moving away from the man.
"What do you want? Huh? Why did you have to come back? Why Heeseung? I left you for a reason!"

Heeseung sighed, tilting his head to the side tiredly. "... You know I can't let you go so easily," he says, "... I'm sorry you have to be apart of this baby, but I'm doing my job..."

"Job? Your job?" Jake yells before
letting out a sarcastic airy laugh,
gripping his own hair as he pursed his
lips frustratingly. "Stalking me is your
job?!"

Heeseung stayed quiet before grinning almost cockily. "My boss already knows who you all are, please don't make it hard. We just need Jay. The quicker the better."

".. Why do you need him?"

"For his daughter's sake, Jake-ah," Heeseung shrugged with a groggy laugh. "He's a psycho when it comes to his family. That man you're familiar with, he was there when his daughter was almost kidnapped. He thinks he's the culprit, the person who wants Jangmi."

"Jay doesn't take kids!" Jake hissed, balling his fists. "What the hell are you talking about? How did you even find us!"

"... Remember what I gave you on our
second anniversary?" Heeseung hums, "You used to always wear it. It always reassured me, you know?"

".. No fucking way." Jake whispered,
"... No, for fuck sake!"

"Let me go, and I won't send the
coordinates to my boss. You don't want a shoot out here do you? We'll either take Jay with or without a fight.
My boss doesn't care how we do it. I'm
only here to be a tracker, that's all."
