She didn't know what to say and why does he doing this all ? What does he mean by that she had done something and something to his heart she couldn't understand his intentions towards her or was she really that oblivious to understand it?

The question was that ' does she not understand? Or is it that she wants to deny?

He was still there so close to her after uttering those words he was looking at her eyes to see if she can feels the emotion he wanted to deliver but he can't read her expression they were as if she didn't know what he was talking about and that's made him angry and sad at the same time.
