Mornings.

Mornings were shit.

Well, for Y/N they were.

The overzealous, bright sun flashing in your eyes, being the first painful thing you see as you wake up. The extreme feeling of laziness as you struggle to sit up. The strong urge to go back to sleep, tugging on your eyelids.

All of it made mornings shit.

But nothing can make mornings be shittier than having to beat the crap out of a criminal at 5 A.M.!

These were Lupus' thoughts as he roundhouse kicked the random assaulter attacking a mother and her daughter.

"ACK!!" The criminal exclaimed as he fell to the ground. He grimaced as he stood up and launched himself towards the hero.

Lupus rolled his eyes as he dodged the attack before scratching his face, making blood run down his face. The hero's eyes glowed a bright vibrant blue as they narrowed. He grabbed the criminal's arm and quickly decked him as an uppercut.

Man, can no one just chill in the mornings anymore?

It wasn't even sunrise yet. All the hero wanted right now was to sleep. Was that so much to ask?

"Are you done?" Lupus asked bitterly as he looked at the criminal who was on the ground with a bloody nose and red face. He let out a low growl of anger and hatred as he stayed on the ground, unable to get back up. The (h/c) haired guy turned towards the two victims and put on a gentle smile. "Are you guys okay?" He asked, kneeling down to the little girl who was near tears.

"Y-Yes, thank you." Her mother said, a relieved expression on her face. Lupus smiled as he gently gave the girl a headpat.

"I'm glad. Can you get home on your own?"

"Yes, I think we'll be alright."

"Great. Well," Lupus walked towards the fugitive and grabbed the back of his shirt. "I gotta take this guy in. Take care." With a small salute, the hero jumped up to the roof of a building and walked away. He rolled his eyes as he carried the villain fireman style.

"Tsk. Mornings."

Noon.

Noon is shit.

Well, for Y/N they were.

The highlight of intense weather, the peak of high prices that strip you of every dollar and coin you've worked so hard for. The immense traffic and the time where there were a lot of people.

All of it made noon shit.

But nothing can make noon shittier than having to go to your agency and have to do with your secretary and her beef with technical support.

"Why am I here again?" Y/N asked as he leaned against the wall. His secretary, Cole, had called him in to help him deal with technical support.

"Because this woman is trying to drive your agency bankrupt!" Cole exclaimed, glaring daggers at the technical support woman.

Cole was a tall man with chestnut colored hair. His eyes were a dark green color. He wears two hair pins in his hair to keep his hair out of his face. He usually comes to the agency in casual work entire.

Cole is usually a playful person, but he's allergic to bullshit.

Not to mention, his hands are rated E for everyone.

So honestly, Y/N is here to make sure this woman doesn't end up looking like roadkill.

"Please, I'm just here to get my cash for doing my job. If it wasn't for me, your technology would be experiencing an intense virus right now. So give me my money, you charlatan!" The angry woman exclaimed.

"'C-Charlatan'...?" Cole's eye twitched. Y/N jumped at this. That's a sign that Cole's about to flip.

"WHOA, WHOA, WHOA, let's all just calm down." Before somebody goes to jail. "How much do you need?" Y/N, the peacemaker, asked.

"The contract says 26950000 yen (200000 usd). But this woman says she needs 67375000 (500000 usd)." The secretary told his boss with a displeased face.

"If you can show me where in the contract it says that, I'll leave with less than the asking price." The woman stated crossing her arms.

...

...

...

Next thing you know, Cole was scanning the contract faster than lightning.

Y/N sweatdropped.

"You guys are painful."

Evenings.

Evenings are shit.

Well, for Y/N they aren't.

The sunset perfectly meeting the horizon making an explosion of colors that captivate you (even though sunrise is better). The relaxed temperatures easing into calmness. Less people to ruin your day.

All of it made evenings perfect.

But nothing can make your perfect evening into shit other than a kid being set on fire.

I know what you're thinking.

What the fck?

Those were Y/N's exact thoughts as he was walking in Sekoto Park, a personal favorite place for him, only to see some kid bursting into crazy red flames.

"The hell?!" People screamed as they ran away from the fire that started to spread like crazy. Y/N squinted as he took a step back, seeing the kid in the middle of the fire.

The kid was obviously in an uncontrollable burst of flames, seeing how he was screaming too, obviously trying to stop them. His blue eyes were widened in utter terror at the uncontrollable power.

Y/N quickly ran inside a building and grabbed the fire extinguisher, much to the owner's surprise.

"I'LL BRING THIS BACK!!"

He held up the fire extinguisher, pointing it the boy, who looked up at him before releasing the foam. With a flurry of foam surrounding the boy, the flames started to die out slowly.

With heavy panting, the boy dropped to his knees, clearly drained.

Y/N set down the fire extinguisher, panting too. He just stopped a potential hazard AND saved a kid.

...Yay?

The kid coughed loudly as tears dropped from his eyes. Y/N couldn't blame him. That was definitely traumatic. The older man slowly walked up to the boy, sitting down next to him, his heart still racing.

"Kid, I'm... I'm gonna take you to the hospital, okay. Just... just calm down for a sec, okay? Can you walk?" Y/N asked, gently, keeping his eyes on the boy.

The boy continued coughing but shook his head no. Expected.

"'Kay, I'm gonna carry you. Don't worry, we're gonna get there soon." Y/N picked up the kid and heaved the fire extinguisher with one hand just in case. His eyes glowed blue as he jumped up and headed towards the hospital.

Jeez.

Life.

Life is shit.
