Pulling up to the trap, I was pissed that people could think they could get over on me. Once again, these motherfuckers think they can cross me and get away with it. I was trying to spend some time with Ari with everything she got going on. I had been putting in these extra hours to get a lead on her dad. That man had been gone for too long and he left the empire to me so that he could lay low a while and I haven't heard from him since he left. She needed him and I was not going to stop searching until he was brought back home. Ari wasn't just my best friend, that girl was my heart, and I would take a bullet for her if it came down to it. She always held me up when I didn't deserve it. I love this girl and no matter how many times I tried to tell her I was scared and nervous even more around her, so I tried to tuff it out. I want to tell her, but I just don't know how.

Making my way into the basement, seeing another snake nigga tied up bleeding from his lips and nose. I chuckled grabbing my gun cocking it taking a seat right in front of him. So, this was the joker who was keeping me away from spending time with my baby today. I was going to make him pay for everything that he cost me.

"East, man let me go man" he spat angrily as more blood dripped from his face. I knew everything this man had done since he's been here. I had eyes all around these streets. Nothing and I mean nothing went unspoken for. This man was playing with my money and fucking with my money gets you deep under the ground.

"I'll let you go, but you got to do something for me. Tell me why'd you, do it? What made you think you wasn't going to get caught?" I asked holding my glock to his dome.

"All imma say is, Ari not gone make it son." He said looking into my eyes. That did nothing but make my blood boil more. My anger built up and I just started letting off shots into his body. Emptying my whole clip into this snake ass motherfucker, I somewhat felt calmer as my chest started to rise and fall more slowly as his blood started to pour onto the floors.

"Clean this up and the rest of you motherfuckers get back to work" I said making my way back upstairs to my office.

I had left some shit here that I needed to get. I was ready to take my ass back home and be under Ari head ass. The more time I spent away from the trap, made me want to step away from the game a bit and focus on other things. I been doing music more than anything, but with boss man still nowhere in sight, I didn't trust anyone that close to me to take over the trap just yet. I had been thinking about a lot of things, especially when it came to Ari. I wanted to be with her so bad, but I got this little chick I've been seeing for a while, and I like her too. I think Ari starting to catch on and I should have been told her, she had the right to know. Drifting out of my thoughts, I heard my phone beep indicating that I had a text message.

I just got to your house. Wya, I'm bored?

Locking my phone, I stood from my chair grabbing my keys, making my way outside. Hopping in my whip, I drove off heading to the crib. I decided that we were going to catch up on our shows tonight since we hadn't watched them since they came on. Tonight, was all about Ari and I can say that shawty was definitely spoiled. Pulling up into my driveway, I beeped the horn letting her know that I was outside. Not before long, I heard my car door open, and I glanced over at her with a smile as she kissed my cheek a bit. This woman was one of the baddest women I ever seen. She didn't have to try to be pretty at all, she was beautiful no matter what she had on.

"I'm glad you got your hair done; you were looking too rough out here" I joked as she playfully smacked my face as I pulled out the driveway heading to straight to the mall.

"I knew you would like it, you never can resist when my weave touching my back" she said with a wink. Ari just don't know. I'll pull this car over right now and spit my game in that damn backseat.

3 Hours Later

"You need to check your groupies David before they be laying on top of you six feet under!" Ari screamed as she mushed my head roughly as we made our way into the house.

Everything was going great until we ran into a few of my old sneaky links at the mall and they were having a field day seeing me with Ari. It seems like everywhere I went; these girls pop up out the blue. I understand she's upset with me right now, but Ari got one more time to mush me and she going to regret it.

"I didn't let her disrespect you, did I? She knows not to cross you, or I'll drop her ass in a heartbeat" I said looking into her eyes a bit pissed.

"That's not the point David, you got me looking stupid in front of these bitches and you know I don't condone none of that" she screamed, clapping her hands together, moving closer to me.

I don't know what came over me, but I crashed my lips into hers. I wasn't sure what to say to her, she just looked even sexier when she was pissed off. Maybe it was to calm her down, maybe it was because I wanted to taste her lips, I couldn't tell you. As our tongues wrestled, my hands started to roam down her body as I gave a squeeze . Hearing her moan for the first time against my lips, turned me on. I knew I had to control myself, so I stopped and pulled away from her lips. No words left from our mouths, we were just stuck staring into each other's eyes, trying to catch our breathes from the kiss we just shared.

"I-I g-got to go get ready for work" she said as she walked off upstairs to her bedroom that she had here. I was still stuck in my spot and just nodded as a response. I was confused and flustered all at the same. Maybe that was the first step that we needed to take. I had a woman on the side who I loved too but Ari had no clue about her. I think I just need to drive out for a bit and think about it some more. For once in my life, I was speechless.
