Boris and mugmans pov:
They were walking like taking a trip down memory lane, boris looked alot better than earlier, except his look was still there, but atleast he looked happy, mugman was pointing at a certain building that boris and minty went to before, they had mentioned about it being nice in there, but haven't gotten the time to visit it, boris looked at the building, staying silent got a second before looking at mugman. He looked abit sad but he had to atleast put on a happy face for him, for his best friend, they continued to make their way to the ice cream shop they had planned to go to, haven't been there in months since the incident and the quest ending
"Do you think they got it settled now? You know- cups and bendy did fight quite alot, I really hope they didn't do anything stupid..." mugman said, looking down at the ground for a few minutes, boris looked to the side, continuing to walk as silence was between them again "they are dumb, but I'm sure they aren't that dumb you know? I'm sure everything will clear up once we get.. home?.. I don't feel like calling it that anymore, the place we live in sounds right" "cmon boris, im sure you can call it home in a few months, not to mention, I'm sure things also went down at the hopps house, yk- right after they had lost Benjamin too-" mugman sighed, seeing the ice cream shop ahead, his eyes lighting up a little as he nudged boris's arm, smiling softly as he made him look at him, boris turned to mugman for a few seconds, he pointed to the ice cream shop like a child he was, boris looked over as he chuckled abit, the conversation suddenly went into the dirt as they approached the store  "Alright, let's just leave the convo in the dust- too early to be talking about that right now, let's just focus on getting there okay? I'm sure today will be better after, although, we should've dropped by mickeys on the way, haven't seen him in a while now that I think of it" boris thought for a few seconds before looking up, they approached the store as mugman grabbed his arm "Yeah we will stop by on the way back! Now cmon! Losing time here!!" The both laughed as mugman pulled him into the store, smiling wide as a kid as boris was dragged in behind him, the wolf accepted being dragged around by mugs, soon after they both waited in line, talking about some plans they could make if they found the time, just to pass time while they waited for the ice cream. Having a good time talking for a while, making jokes on the way
"Candace..." boris looked at mugman for abit, he looked at him for a few seconds before speaking
"Who's candace?.. boris- who-?" Boris smiled as mugman started to feel a little scared, tensing up as he backed away from him, not liking the look on boris face
"CANDACE NU-" "NO-" boris started to laugh as mugman started to laugh along with him, before noticing it was their turn to choose the ice cream flavors, they both didn't realize on how long they had been waiting, but just happy that they were able to finally get their ice cream "I'll take the bubble gum please! Also take it with gummy bears and oreos!" Mugman happily said, smiling happily as boris was taking his time, he saw the mint ice cream, the one that minty loved, he started to frown slightly as he decided to take it, knowing that it's what she would like, he looked up at the person "and you little man? What would you like?" He thought for a second, looking at the vanilla and mint chocolate ice cream, thinking for a moment "I'll take the chocolate mint ice cream please. Gummy bears and needs, thank you miss" mugman looked at him with a small hit on concern, but soon realized that boris was finally accepting that minty was gone, he smiled abit before looking got his wallet, finding 50 in there that he could use to pay their ice cream with "Thank you miss" once they had received their ice cream, mugman payed, he had gotten about 30 back, soon both smiled at eachother then left the building, eating their ice creams as the duo started to talk again, looking around and mentioning places they could visit while on free time
"Wait! I forgot to mention- after we had came back they put on a statue of us! Wanna go check it out boris?" (statue mention credits to creator-of-monsters on tumblr! Go check out their art teehee) boris had thought of it for a second then nodded, faintly remembering that they had also added minty in there, sighing softly, mugman nodded as he grabbed boris arm gently, making sure not to startle him or hurt him on accident, leaning him to the statue they never got a chance to see ever since she had passed and left them behind, on the way there they had finished their ice cream, tossing the napkins into the garbage, both stayed silent as mugman pulled boris into the national city park, the once that was recently made for the statue, not far from it was mintys statue, both didn't recognize it yet, but their statue stayed there, even Figaro was included, boris and mugman looked at it "wow... they really included the details didn't they? Oh look! They even got bendys scars! Even the crack on cupheads eye! Oo even the scar on your ear boris! Should really put credits to the maker huh" "they even got mintys scars too- not to mention the folds in your scarf aswell, so detailed.." boris mainly focused on mintys statue, the way how she was hugging boris, the smile on her face, the life like look in her eyes, the way how happy she had looked, he couldn't help but smile softly, before looking at mugman, who looked like he had seen a ghost, he tilted his head abit in confusion, seeing how sad and scared he looked, well, it looked like he was scared to him, boris walked infront of him, crossing his arms and mugman snapped out of it, looking at boris "well? What you staring at earth to mugman?" He asked, pouting abit jokingly, mugman looked nervous, before looking at the ground as he was close to crying
"They made her a separate statue boris... its right over there..." boris's eyes widened as his arms went to his sides, before looking back, there it was, her statue sitting there, cleaned and looked new, it stood in the cleanest place it could be in, by the ocean their island stayed on, surrounded by spider lilies and tulips and well decorated with gifts and flowers even notes, teddybears and sticky notes that had thankful letters on them, her statue looked like she was sitting beside an animal, a kind look on her face as she was petting the deer, he grabbed mugmans shirt as he walked over, seeing a large note on the front of it, mugman followed hesitantly, but he couldn't leave boris alone out in the city so he followed, he looked around for the huge note, running over to it as mugman ran with him also making sure to keep up, boris stood infront of the note, starting to read it as mugman stared up at mintys statue, smiling softly as he noticed she was placed in a nice part of the city
The note boris read said:
"I may have been young but I knew the words and paths on this earth, the many things and wars I've been through, but I knew how to survive in a world like this, my name is minty inkwell, I grew up in inkwell with my family until they were taken from me at the age of 8, I learned how to fight by myself with the help of elder kettle and the legendary chalice, I died in the name of the people who supported me, in the name of people that were with me. In the name of the one that I loved the most. I don't know when he could be reading this but, his name was boris b.bros, just know that my death wasn't in anyone's fault, I died for the ones that wernt gonna survive.
For the people who are struggling:
Just know that you could survive anything if you went through the things you did, I'm proud of you for going through such hellhole in order to survive today, you are not alone, no one is too young to be feeling like this, your feelings are valid, and it's alright to feel like you do, many people are proud for you to be here today and to be able to see your smile. You are never alone in a place like this, just keep fighting and never give up, I believe in you." Boris stayed silent as he finished reading the paragraph, starting to tear up, he looked up as he saw the sentence, reading it for moment, the sentence she wanted to have on her tombstone
"If we work together, we can make this environment a better place for the future generations"
Mugman looked at boris pretty worried, he softened his look before he opened his arms for him, boris looked at him with teary eyes, he hugged him as he started to cry in his arms, he held the crying wolf in his arms as he started to tear up himself "its my fault she's gone i-im so sorry... im sorry mugs... I took.. her away from you guys... if I wasn't so stubborn she would still be here!!... im sorry..." "hey.. you didn't take her from us boris.. she died on her own free will.. she knew no one would make it out alive if she didn't risk hers... we are all still here because of her.. she may have died but everyone else kept their lives... even your brother... he's still here because she got us out of there... your alive.. because she made it happen... this place could of been taken if it wasn't for her..., boris.. just know that she will give up so much more for all of us.." he lifted his head in his hands, wiping his tears with his thumbs, boris was sniffling as he looked like a crying puppy "b-but.." "No. Keep that in your mouth.. she saved hundreds boris.. even you.. I know it hurts, we are all hurting, even after everything had fallen apart... but we gotta fight though it okay?.. we are all grieving in our own way.." he hugged the crying wolf once again, patting his head as boris started to calm down. He shiffled as he wiped his tears and nodded, taking a deep breath before speaking, he was trembling slightly "it's just.. everything fell apart... we never got to make the plans we made come true.. cuphead is drinking.. you have been in the hospital repeatedly, bendys insomnia came back.. felix is hardly there.." "and you have tried killing yourself. Boris... I know your hurting.. you don't have to think about everyone else.. I know it sounds selfish but at one point your gonna have to put yourself first... please learn to give yourself a break once in a while..." the two stared at eachother for a few minutes, boris looked ay the ground, he felt bad, but he knew that he wasn't alone in this. Everyone had been grieving as well. Mugman sighed softly "it's been a long day.. im sure she'd be happy knowing that you have been fighting for so long... im proud of you bud.. im sure she would be too... we should head back now okay?..." boris nodded softly, before mugman offered to put him on his back on the walk back, boris wrapped his arms around his shoulders and mugman gave him a piggy back ride, mugman started to walk back, staying silent as he felt the weight on his back increase, realizing boris fell asleep, he chuckled softly before continuing to walk, making sure to stay safe on the way back

Meanwhile with cuphead and bendy:
Both were arguing again, but this time it was madly intense and violent, cuphead had came home drunk again, bendy was Hella upset hearing about it
"CUPHEAD YOU FUCKING IDIOT, I SAID LAY OFF WITH THE DRINKING!"
"YOU DONT GET TO TELL ME WHAT TO FUCKING DO, YOU DONT MAKE THE DECISIONS IN THIS HOUSE DEMON."
"CUPHEAD. SIT YOUR ASS DOWN. NOW. wa..wait. what are- CUPHEAD FUCKING GET AWAY FROM ME!.." cuphead grabbed bendy by his collar, lifting him up in the air before taking a swing at him, punching him harshly in the face, bendy yelped as he felt himself being pulled again, cuphead had a familiar crazy look in his eyes, before he had tossed and thrown bendy across the room, bendy grunted as he hit the wall, tumbling from the table and onto the floor, smashing a vase in the process, he stayed on the floor for a few seconds before getting up onto his knees, trembling slightly "c..cuphead... ffuck... s-stop..." the small demon saw his shadow approaching him, before seeing the feet of the man he dated, yet never recognized ever since the incident, he got lifted by his neck, being shoved into the wall, bendy looked at the glowing, blood red eyes, he started to feel himself getting scared by the sight, soon, cuphead tightened the grip on bendys neck, breaking off his breathing for a moment, but he held him there, bendy started to squirm under cupheads hold, starting to cry more as his eyes widened at the man he didn't recognize "pathetic little shit. I cant believe I ever let you live. I should of killed you months ago.
I wish I never loved you, fucking stupid peice of shit." Those words shot bendy in the heart, he felt his own spirit break the moment he said that, his eyes started to tear up before noticing cuphead had pulled out his knife, bendy kicked his hand before scratching his face, having a survival instinct which he hadn't had on months on end, cuphead soon let him go, having a hand on his face. Stumbling back onto the couch behind them, bendy fell to the floor with a thud, before attempting to run, cuphead looked up and turned to bendy, pointing his finger at him as it glowed, finally.

BANG.

bendy screamed as he was shot through the chest, tumbling onto the floor as traces of blood followed. He stayed there, panting as he put his hand on his chest, his eyes wide as he started to feel himself pass out from the pain, whimpering softly as he trembled, cuphead had finally shot him, cuphead snapped back to reality as his drunken state was still there, looking at the burnt hole in his glove, confused before he had looked up, he saw the sight of his lover being shot, just by his own hands.
Cupheads eyes widened as he ran from behind the couch to bendy who was laying on the floor, blood surrounding him, he reached out for bendy who was staring blankly at the wall, trying to stay awake. He could hear cupheads faint screams for him to stay awake. He felt himself being picked up, he weakly looked at cuphead, spacing out slightly as he saw the horrified look on his unrecognizable lover, his screams for him to stay away were getting further away, before he had saw something on the corner of his eye, turning to it as he saw a familiar figure, of a cup, standing at the corner of the room beside the stairs, a glowing red eyes with a faint yellow behind them, soon it vanished when he blinked, everything was turning unto a blur slowly, meanwhile cuphead was getting up and grabbing his car keys, his eyes filled with tears as the alcohol had vanished, his drunken state replaced with a feeling of soberness, he picked up bendy bridal style as he rushed out the door, traces and handprints of blood behind left behind, the place looked terrible, soon, he ran to his vehicle as he went to the passenger side, opening it and gently placing bendy inside of it, soon slamming the door shut as he opened the driver's side after running around, getting in and closing the door and starting the vehicle, blood all over his hands trying to stop the bleeding, blood on his clothes from carrying his bleeding lover, the one he shot, the one who's blood is on his hands, he quickly sped out from the parking space beside the house, nearly hitting a few garbage disposals, and stepping on it and speeding out to the hospital, he couldn't stop crying, looking at bendy who was losing his grip on staying awake "b-babe stay with m-me please..  im so so sorry p-lease stay with me... stay awake.. we are almost there I promise... please please please... don't..  don't fall asleep just yet... im driving as quick as I can please... stay awake..." he continued to drive, getting a hand off the steering wheel as he grabbed bendys hand, holding it tightly, bendy on the other hand, his breathing was getting shallow. He felt the pain all over his body as his mind was fuzzy and getting loud, the ringing filling his ears, bendy had tears streaming down his face as he leaned on the door, trying to stay awake as blood slowly flowed out of his own mouth, coughing some up as he weakly tightened his grip on cupheads hand, trying to stay conscious before feeling a wave of tiredness hit him, his eyes began to close as his hearing went blank. His eyes finally shutting and his body going limp, cuphead only had a few minutes before it was too late, he speedup quicker and ran past red-lights. Not caring if police chased him along as his lover was saved in time, bendy had passed out, he heard nothing but a familiar voice

"Wake up."
