A firm hand rests on Alanis's shoulder as she watches Bellatrixs eyes fill with fear.
"Y-yes my Lord," she bows, "I didn't know this young lady was who you were talking about earlier."
"I shall not have you speak to her like that ever again," he demands and starts to pull Alanis away from everyone. "You smell like that rotting basilisk, didn't that elf tell you to wash up and change into that dress."
Alanis looks to the floor as she is dragged away from the loud noises, the hand on her shoulder getting firmer as his anger grows.
"I was only going to get some food then be gone," Tom says nothing back. They reach the kitchens and Tom slams the door open and they're greeted by frightened house elves.
Alanis watches Dobby scurry behind a counter top, trying to be discreet but failing.
"You, elf," Tom points at Dobby, "Take her to a spare room so she can clean up and make sure she puts that dress on," he tells a frightened Dobby, who's shaking so bad you would have thought he was under a spell.
"Y-yes m-my l-lord," he stutters.
Tom lets go of her shoulder and she quickly follows after Dobby.
"Please Ms Kilridge, Dobby insists you wash up and put on the dress," he says as she catches up with him. Alanis feels defeated as she takes the dress from Dobby that had materialised in his hands, and steps into the guest bedroom, heading to the bathroom.

"I'm guessing I'll be going in by myself again, right?" She says staring at the dark wooden door and readjusting the short black dress she was made to wear. I look like a death eater now, she frowns hating how Tom is trying to assimilate her to the dark side.
"Yes," Dobby says guiltily and disappears.
Alanis feels trapped as she hears the loud cheering and talking from inside, knowing she isn't allowed a single choice on the matter, or any matters in her future as long as she's stuck here.
She pushes open the door, more eyes then before staring at her, I guess they must have witnessed what happened earlier.
