France is a graduated Country Master Representative who works in Intersphere Academy as a teacher that specializes in teaching industrialism and occasionally, history. She is a woman who has seen many battles with her very own eyes, and experienced being in those battles in person.
But with times changing, and the world becoming more "peaceful" with the help of Grandmaster UN and Intersphere Academy, she prefers to talk less about her past and chooses to focus on her students and family. France enjoys living a peaceful life, pushing all the dark aspects of herself in the back of her mind.
France is a very conservative woman who tries to avoid conflict as much as she can. She cares very much for her students (Especially Germany, who can't seem to stop pushing himself to his limits), and her son, Canada. Unfortunately, her relationship with UK is strained, and she believes she has no hopes of fixing their bond. Despite this, she still considers America as someone important to her, and has nothing against having Canada interacting with the star-spangled country.
