I woke up with a start, the sound of my alarm clock jolting me into consciousness. Rubbing my eyes, I realized it was another day filled with responsibilities. The morning sunlight filtered through my window, casting a warm glow over my room. I stretched my arms above my head, feeling the tension of sleep slowly disperse.

As I went through my morning routine, the events of the previous night began to resurface in my mind. A smile tugged at the corners of my lips as I remembered the conversation I had with my friend Ava over the phone after going to the bar.

She had asked if I wanted to hang out after work, and without hesitation, I accepted her invitation.

It had been a while since we had a proper girls' night out, and I was eager to catch up with her, is like all these things about my dad started to make me lose my shit again, I reminded myself again why I run away in the first place? if I'm not going to enjoy my life then why would I run away?

After getting dressed in my usual clothes, a comfortable sweater, and jeans, I made my way to the bookshop where I worked. The familiar scent of old books filled the air. The bookshop was my cover, a place where I could lose myself in the pages and stories that surrounded me. It was a haven of peace, providing comfort from the confusion of the outside world.

Hours passed by in a blur as I helped customers, organized shelves, and engaged myself in the magical empire of literature. The clock crashed at the end of my shift, and just as I was about to leave, Ava walked into the bookshop.

"Hey, girl! Ready for our adventure tonight? some good sexy big muscles men?" Ava asked, excitement clear in her voice.

A wave of anticipation coursed through me, and I nodded eagerly. "yeah, I'm so not looking forward to it. can we just make it about us, not about men, I am so sick of them and their bullshit."

Ava's eyes turned mad. " you seriously need to stop being this fucking complicated, open up to the world," she said waving her arms in an open sign, I sighed " Or more like open your legs to the world, spread your pussy lips, yeah?" she laughed " kind of, but now I have some new dresses I want to try out. What do you think?"

A thrill ran through me at the thought of dressing up and showing a different side of myself, I nodded, a grin spreading across my face. "That sounds perfect. Let's go."

We made our way to my apartment, laughter, and talk filling the air as we exchanged stories and caught up on each other's lives. Once we arrived, Ava opened her bag, revealing a collection of stunning dresses. I felt a flutter of excitement as I scanned through the options, finally settling on a tight, short black dress that made me feel empowered and sexy.

As we finished getting ready, we stepped out into the night, the city alive with energy. Our destination was a popular club, throbbing with music and neon lights. The thumping beats filled the air, beckoning us to surrender to the rhythm and let go of inhibitions.
