The next day both soobin and Kai were still in bed, legs tangled together and soobin holding kai to his chest.
Soobins eyes slowly opened but shut because of the sudden light shining brightly in his eyes. He blinked and fully opened his eyes. Soobin looked around and saw kai on him, he smiled.
"Ya, he looks cute rn" soobin whispered as he pushed a strain of hair out kais face. He smiled widely, showing his dimples.
Kai moved a but and soobin stopped. Kai looked up at soobin and smiled.
"Gm hyung" Kai smiled and soobin did the same.
"Are you okay?, does your back hurt?" Soobin asked as he romed his hands over kais body.
"No hyung I feel fine" kai said still smiling.
"Okay well it time to wash up" soobin said and helped kai wash up as he did himself after.
Later:
Both soobin and Kai were sitting in the livingroom, watching a new series.
"Hyung" Kai called soobin
"Huh?"
"What are we?"
Soobin froze, he turned to kai and saw that he was asking seriously.
"What makes you ask that kai?" Soobin asked back.
"Well last night you said you liked me and then we did those things, so it got me thinking about what we are?" Kai anwlswered and soobin moved closer to him.
"Kai" soobin grabbed his face and made him a look at him.
"What do you think we are?"
"Friends?"
Soobin looked at kai but couldn't be mad because he was a merman who didn't know anything at all.
"Do you like me kai, how do you feel when you look at me?" Soobin asked and Kai looked deep into his eyes.
"I feel safe hyung, I feel as if you care about. My heart starts to beat fast when you touch me or even look at me hyung. I do t know what this is but I love this feeling hyung, I love you..." Kai said and that left soobin very touched.
"I love you too kai, I promise I will always be there for you" soobin cried out and hugged kai tightly, never wanting to let him go.
"So what does this make us hyung?"
"Kai, will you be my boyfriend?"
"What is a boyfriend hyung?" Kai asked and soobin looked so done.
"It is when two boys date and love one another"
"Oh, well then yes!" Kai and soobin hugged longer.
soobinn was happy. both him and kai sat like that until kai said
"what is a date hyung?"
"it is when two people who like each other go out and do things.
"H-hyung I can't breathe" kai said while tapping soobins shoulder.
"Sry" soobin replied and let go of kai.
"I will take you on a date tomorrow" soobin said and picked kai up.
"But for now, I want to have fun"
