Sirius totally knowing Remus's middle name is John but when he breaks out the full name he always uses ridiculous middle names. For example:
"OF COURSE he go a perfect score on the Charms exam, HE'S REMUS THADDEUS LUPIN!"
"REMUS MICHELANGELO LUPIN, I AM SUPRISED AT YOU"
"Fuck, Remus Elizabeth Lupin"
