After Visiting Sonny
Robinson's Family Home
8 P.M."Do you really think that the Jeze person is their mother?" Trina asked Spencer as they sat in his car at her home. Spencer licked his lips as he turned to her. "From your description, she seems to be a match, and the timeline fits." he shook his phone as they fact-checked the serial killings in Port Charles during that period.
Trina shook her head, "Remember what I told you at the hospital about being unable to judge? You can; both of you're families are crazy."
Spencer laughed at Trina's statement.
"The thing is, I get weird vibes from Damien and Jeze -- that name doesn't sit well with me either -- but not Jasper. I feel like he's hiding the truth about the situation he was involved in, but whatever it was, he probably didn't initiate it."
Spencer's jaw clenched as she defended the male.
"You don't know for sure." He commented.
"Spencer, come on. What has Jasper ever done for you to say he's a bad person? Lie? Didn't you do the same thing when we first met? That would be hypocritical for me to shut him out while I'm close to you."
"Look how long it took us to reach this point," he mentioned.
They both stared at each other for a moment, "the situations are different. He didn't lie about his name, family, or relationship status." She watched as Spencer looked away. "But we're past that now," she added; he looked up at her, and she gave a small smile.
"Anyway, it's getting late. Meet up tomorrow?" Trina suggested; Spencer nodded in agreement as she exited the car.
She bent down to face him, "Drive safe, and don't dream too much about me." she teased, closing the door and entering her home.

The Next Day
Damien anxiously waited on his mother to arrive at his home. "My son." he jumped at the unexpected arrival of his mother. "when did you come in?" she laughed. "I still got it."
She threw the spear key on the coffee table as she sat down.
"What was that text yesterday? And I need you to tell me why Guza and his men attacked you." Her eyes shot him daggers.
Only one person truly intimidated him, in that was his mother.
"Well, firstly, Guza. I got the documents, the company, land, and money of the Guza family now belong to me -- to us --" He went behind a painting, unlocking a safe to retrieve some formal documents.
Whoever possesses the documents lands in receives everything included.
He watched as his mother's frown grew into a bright smile. "My brilliant child." She held his face tightly before her next action.
She slapped him.
Her manicured finger pointed directly at him. "You made my baby collateral damage." her glare returned briefly. "I told you to keep his ass close." Damien rolled his eyes. "I can't force him. He refuses to conspire with me."
His mother combed her blonde hair with her nails.
"He doesn't have to. You make strategies, and they always work. Just keep him alerted. He won't snitch and would've ended that altercation that first night. He's always been a fighter."
Damien frowned as she still favored her youngest.
"Come on, tell me. What's the code red?" she asked.
"I'm pretty sure Spencer and Trina went to Sonny Corinthos for intel about you. Your stunt at Jaspers alarmed Trina." Damien explained, making her eyes widen.
"Sonny...that bastard is still alive?" Damien nodded. "I thought you knew that." she squinted for a moment. "Wait, my mistake; it's Jason who died. Serves him right; that bitch tried to kill me." She smiled at her son. "Karma, am I right, my boy?"
Damien's face was blank.
Her smile dropped.
"What's wrong, baby boy?" She caressed her son's hair as she became curious about his thoughts.
"How did you survive, Mom?" Damien asked.
She picked up candy from his coffee table before explaining. "Remember that man that adopted you and Jasper?" Damien nodded, "Ryan. He's hard to forget; Nevermind he's a murderer, but he left Jay and me to fend for ourselves at 13 and 15."
She laughed, "That's good; I wasn't expecting him to take care of you for that long, but he did. He can be a good man."
It was his turn to grimace at her.
"Anyways, after I got shot, I ran away and collapsed in a field. He was doing illegal shit, as he does, but he helped me and sheltered me from everyone." She smiled softly as she remembered his hospitality. "he treats me better than Lorenzo."
Damien nodded. "But about Sonny, don't worry about him. Jason isn't here; that's an advantage for us."

Jasper listened to the audio from the bugged home carefully.
After his mother that night, he visited his brother and hid tiny microphones around the home once Damien became distracted.
He needed to know what they had going on and why it involved Trina.
He flinched as someone knocked at his front door. "Who is it?" he asked. "Trina." the soft voice behind the door made him rush towards it. "Baby." he smiled, engulfing her in his arms. "Hi," she whispered in his ear, making goosebumps rise on his arms.
He inhaled her scent, but the strong fragrance differed from her usual wear. He knew that scent; it was a famous masculine Chanel perfume.
He knew that brand well, considering his brother wore it a lot.
He knew someone else who wore it daily; that person was no other than Spencer Cassadine.
He pulled back, closing the door and locking it as Trina made herself comfortable on his couch.
By the audio he was not too long ago listening to, he knew they were together frequently, seemingly conspiring against his family, and that did not sit well with him.
