Senran Kagura Path Towards Love Or Despair Season 2

Long time no write.

Hello everyone this is Rekxyen and I wanted to say holy snap it's been forever since I last wrote something, I have to say apologies for the extremely really long hiatus but with everything going on in my life it's been difficult to find time to write because of work and experiencing major work burnout one to three times. But now I think I'm in the area where I can actually get a good balance of things in my life which allows me to make more time for writing and livestreaming games. So I'm going to do writing livestreams of Path Towards Love Or Despair Season 2 on my Twitch channel (Rekxyen) hopefully every Tuesday, and from there you could give me some story ideas I could implement into the story while being credited as well. Anyways enough rambling here's what I have developed so far enjoy.

Hibari's POV

Hibari's Father: (You sound a lot more confident now, and you're showing strength of your conviction, not to mention as well showing a good display of leadership now to see if that conviction lies within your strength.) Follow me outside I'll test you there.

We both walked outside with everyone following behind, and we both got into our fighting stances. My father punched both of his fists together and lightning surged out of them.

Hibari's Father: Okay show me what you can do.

Hibari: Got it.

I did a shinobi transformation and took a deep breath as I moved my body a little and I could feel lightning course itself around me.

Hibari: Ready when you are dad.

He then ran towards me at an insane speed which caught me by surprise until I extended my arms out as the lightning became a shield in front of me making my father stop in his tracks.

Hibari's Father: A shield made out of lightning huh, not bad however against a person using the same element as you something like this is possible.

He then punched the shield which then began to surge the lightning in his fist more.

Hibari: ! You absorbed the lightning into yourself?!

Hibari's Father: Indeed, when fighting against the opponent with the same element as you, you could use their element to your advantage. Another example would be this.

He began to make hand signs as he punched the ground as a pillar of lightning rose from the area he was at and ascended towards the sky as I looked in awe.

Hibari's Father: Don't stand there and let your guard down!

I saw my father about to punch me as I jumped away from him, but he instantly caught up to me as I blocked his attack with both hands and threw me onto the other side of the yard.

Hibari: Ungh! (Incredible to think that lightning can be used to enhance your speed as well. I'd have to practice with that later on.)

I ran at my father with precise punches and kicks only for him to dodge out of the way.

Hibari's Father: You can't win with only that, you need to incorporate strategy into your attacks otherwise your opponent will be looping you in circles until they beat you or worse kill you.

Hibari: Right...(Okay then what would Lucian do in this situation?)

I closed my eyes and began to think on how he would overcome this.

Lucian: You would need to let your creativity shine, think of everyday things that you normally use and incorporate them into your arsenal.

I took a deep breath and I know doing this is risky since I don't have full mastery over it but just once I would like to see how far I've come since the last training session. I ran towards my father as he sighed as he ran straight towards me until I slid under him taking him by surprise then I kicked him in the back and quickly I gathered lightning in palm turning it into a spear.

Hibari: (Please maintain your form!)

I threw the spear at him as he turned around and I could see his eyes going wide as the spear was close to him. However, the spear dispelled as soon as it was close to its target.

Hibari: (Darnit!)

My father whistled in surprise when he saw that.

Hibari's Father: Wow elemental weapon manipulation that's something new out of you. In fact, everything about you is new, you no longer trip when you run, your attacks are solid, and each movement isn't wasted. Heh I'm genuinely impressed by you my daughter. However, that weapon manipulation isn't something easy to control since you need better focus on it. I can be certain if that attack hit, I would've been in big trouble even with the lightning armor around me because that spear of yours resonated with my lightning making my own lightning become a double-edged sword. So I concede in this sparring session of ours, I'm proud of you, my daughter.
