"Bittersweet Party" A short Murder Party Fanfic!

Bittersweet Baking Moment

~ It was a nice sunny day outside, It was 8 am in the morning. ~

Sheriff turned on some music while she was mixing the batter for the pancakes both her and Hacker were making. Hacker looked over and asked. "Are you done yet??" Sheriff chuckled a bit and responded. "Be patient, will you??" She responded with a jokingly tone in her voice, she wasn't fully serious although she did kind of want Hacker to be patient. Hacker tried to patiently wait until they offered to help. "Can I at least help you with the batter?" Sheriff looked over at Hacker. "Oh? Do you want to mix the batter?" Hacker nods their head, they wanted to mix the batter for a bit. Sheriff passes the batter to Hacker and reminded them. "Remember to not overmix the batter!" Hacker sighed and smiled a bit. "I know..I'm not a beginner at this type of stuff you know?"

Sheriff and Hacker laughed a bit together, it was nice to finally have a sweet moment in this place considering how most of the times things were negative in here, However thinking about how relieving it was to finally have a nice moment after everything they went through..makes Sheriff feel a little bit down as her smile slowly faded. Hacker takes notice of this and stops what they were doing. "Is everything okay??" Hacker asked, they sounded very concerned. Sheriff responded. "Oh! Yeah i'm fine, it's just on how surreal this feels..like after everything we all went through, we finally have a nice moment. I just can't understand why we rarely get to have moments like this together. All we do now is just bicker, argue, and try killing each other..well Murderer does the killing but you get my point right?"

Hacker takes a moment to process all of it then they respond. "Yeah..I understand what you mean. However it's nice to have a good moment with friends from time to time even if most of the times everyone's negative towards each other..this place is basically bittersweet. We should be able to have more nice times together..if only Murderer wasn't so...irredeemable." Hacker sighed. Sheriff nods her head and speaks. "Yeah..Murderer really does need a lot of adjustments however it seems unlikely that he would change, he's already went down a terrible path that is difficult to fix. However it's best to just be there for each other and try to help each other through it all." Hacker nods their head then realized something. "Oh! I think the batter is now ready to be used since we were talking for so long!"

Sheriff notices the batter and responded. "Oh yeah, it is ready!"

~ The both of them started to make pancakes with the batter and had a great time together, it was a moment that was sprinkled with sweetness in it and it was something these two would never forget. ~
