Aziraphale went from being in the same bed as Crowley to being laid out on the floor of Heaven in front of the other archangels. Gabriel was glaring at him, Micheal and Uriel wouldn't even look at him. Oh he was royally fucked. He knew it as soon as Gabriel opened his mouth,
"Archangel Aziraphale. You are charged with the crime of being with a demon. We know fire does not affect you, but we have other methods."
Aziraphale looked up immediately, eyes full of fear. A hand-crafted blade from hell appeared in Gabriel's hands, of course he had gloves on. The one on the floor was hyperventilating now.
Aziraphale didn't know what hit him until the blade made contact with his middle right wing, a scream was ripped from his throat as he tried to thrash at Gabriel. He was unsuccessful and it hurt more. One wing gone, another wing gone, this continued until all six were cut off. This was punishment enough.. wasn't it? No. It wasn't. The angel's clothes were ripped off of him and he was mutilated.
For it being Heaven you'd think this wouldn't be allowed, right? But it was seen as a punishment. So no one bat an eye. Zira's body was killing him. He absolutely hated this, he wanted it to end. But his pleas for it to end went upon deaf ears. It kept going. Until Gabriel was tired. The archangel pulled away and looked at what he had done.
Cuts, bruises, open wounds, anything and everything you could possibly think of was done to Aziraphale. Besides cut open him or take anything vital, besides his wings, off or out. Being looked at once by the other two, who were basically pale now, agreed it was time to let him back to Crowley.
Being sent back to the bookshop, Aziraphale was glad it was closed. He cried out for the snake who ran to him immediately. The demon's eyes widened as he saw the mess of his lover.
"I am so going to fucking kill him." The demon spat as he stared cleaning the angel up and patch him up. Zira was close to passing out again, he had gone through enough.
Adam dropped by with Anathema, per Crowley's request. He showed them Aziraphale and explained the damage done to him. Adam had to throw up, Anathema was pale and had a hand over her mouth. The most Adam could do was restore his wings, but it didn't help the archangel much. Gabriel broke Aziraphale beyond repair. Anathema was just fuming, ready to maim the angel who hurt him.
Crowley got a rally, including a few demon's who were forced to join him, but they all marched into Heaven. With the help of Adam, and rained hell upon Gabriel. Micheal and Uriel actually helped. They felt that Gabriel had taken it too far and wanted to return the favor. To say the least, it was a bloodbath, and only one person was dying that day.
After the events of killing Gabriel, everyone went their separate ways and Crowley came back to find Aziraphale reading. A blank look on his usually cheerful face.
"Ah, welcome back, dear." Zira looked up at him and gave a small, weak smile.
"Hey angel, you'll never guess who was murdered by a lot of people who fucking despised him." Crowley had a wide smile on his face,
"Gabriel..? You killed.. Gabriel?" Zira had wide eyes now.
"Mhm! Satan, you should've heard him! Crying like a little baby for us to let him live." Crowley stuck his nail into his mouth just enjoying the memory of the now very much dead archangel,
"He's.. dead.. haha- HAHAHAHAHA- GABRIEL'S DEAD!" Aziraphale was happy, that was good.

It had been a few months since the incident, Aziraphale was back up again being his cheerful self. And life went on as if Gabriel never existed. Currently Aziraphale was just humming, sleeves rolled up, he was feel particularly good today. Dusting off his cluttered bookshop he enjoyed his day.
A customer came in and took notice of the cheerful mood the shop owner was in. Not really paying attention to Aziraphale now the customer looked around. Just looking, not browsing. It was quite a wide collection of things. It was odd, but nice. The customer was spooked when a black bently rolled up to the shop, the owner of the car fitting the car perfectly.
The owner and the car owner seemed to know each other, as the customer presumed. But left soon anyways, just bored and uninterested now.
"Zira, how about a picnic?" Crowley suggested catching the archangel off guard.
"A picnic? Why so sudden, Crowley dear?" The angel replied, putting his cleaning supplies down.
"N-no reason, no reason at all! I just- want to spend time with you!" The demon was about as red as his hair now.
"Alright, when?"
"You serious?! Oh uh- as soon as the bookshop closes!"
"Alright, I'm about to close up anyways."
"Alright."
Crowley sat around and waited for the angel to get done. Soon he was, the shop was closed and they left for their picnic.
Upon getting to where the picnic was, it was quite quiet. It was nice. Crowley felt his coat pocket and sighed.
The date went well, they ate, spoke about how they disliked their bosses, and did the usual stuff. It wasn't until the stars were out did Crowley do anything. It was a meteor shower tonight, so there was a lot of light illuminating where they were.
"Eh-hem.." Crowley made the noise to gain the amazed archangel's attention,
"Yes dear bo- ooooy..." In front of Aziraphale was a demon on his knee with a box opened. In the box was a ring, not just any ring, a ring made specifically for him.
It was pretty, but Crowley was so damn afraid that Aziraphale would reject him. It was all the pent up emotions they have been having recently that made him come to this.
Tears swelled up in the angel's eyes, his hands covered his mouth. Crowley's eyes widened as he realized what his love was about to say..
He waited, through the sobs of happiness.
"Yes, dear boy, of course!"
Aziraphale miracled the ring onto his finger and kissed Crowley. They were going to get married. They.. were going to get married.. It hit Crowley like a brick. That he'd finally be able to ravish the angel in the way he wanted to. Now that they were going to be married.
Crowley had respected Aziraphale's boundaries to wait until they were married to have sex, because if they didn't. The angel was most definitely going to fall. And they can't have that.
But right now, let's not focus on that. These two celestial beings were happy, happy to be together, happy to know they would be like this until the end of time.
"GOD! I ALREADY PLANNED THE WEDDING-" Aziraphale yelled suddenly.
"You were anticipating this?" Crowley asked suddenly,
"Of course, dear. I knew you were going to ask sooner or later. If you didn't I had a ring of my own I was going to give you. In fact I brought it with me."
Aziraphale pulled a pouch out of his pocket and handed it to Crowley, inside was a ring with rubies on it. A yellow topaz rested in the middle probably representing Crowley's snake eyes.
This was wonderful,
"Awww. Ziraphale.. You didn't have to do this for me!" Crowley's eyes were watering up.
"Of course I did, you deserve the best. After everything you've done for me." The angel was referring to a few months back. Crowley just smiled,
"Your welcome, angel" The two kissed again.
They sat there, under the stars. Just happy to be near each other. A new found bond was between them and nothing was going to break it. Crowley sometimes listed off the constellations in the sky. His knowledge of stars never failed to impress Aziraphale. If only Aziraphale knew.. if only he knew who he was before he fell. If only Crowley would speak up about his past. But that's a topic for another time. Right now they just wanted to bask in each other's presence. It made them happy.
Not far away, Adam handed Warlock fifteen pounds. They had betted on who would propose first.
