Sam parked her car. She's now in her parents house for their monthly dinner, its their way of strengthening their family amidst their busy schedules, that's according to their Mother anyways. But actually this dinner is more on grilling her daughters about their personal lives, love life to be precise. She entered her childhood home and smiled to her welcoming entourage.

"Welcome home Miss Sam!" the guards and some servants greeted her.

"Thanks. I only saw Freen's car. Is Siri not yet here?"

"She's not." her Mothers voice answered her. "Can you call her Sam? It's dinner time already. She should be here by now."

Sam sighed and greeted her mother with the usual hug and kiss.

"Mom, you know how Siri's work is. Let's just wait for her. She might be on her way already. And please, stop meddling with her life. She hates it." she left her mother and went to greet her Dad who's busy talking to their youngest. She gave him a kiss and hug too. "Hello old man."

"Hello sweetheart." her father answered

"Phi! Dad is just talking about you." Freen said as Sam approached her.

"Hopefully only good things about me." Sam said as she went to give her little sister a tight hug and a forehead kiss.

Freen smiled at her sister's lovely greeting. Even if she's 25 and a successful adult already, her sisters still loves to baby her and show her their adoration, mostly with kisses and hugs and even baby talking her once in a while.

"When did i talk bad about you?"

"Never." Sam grinned and took her assigned seat.

Her mother then entered the dining room. Still thinking of what Sam said a while back.

"What do you mean meddling with your sister Samanun? I never do that!"

"Mum you know what i mean with it." Sam said as she leaned on her seat while holding a wine glass

"No and can you please clear that out?" her mother asked again, brows up and glaring at her oldest daughter.

"Siri came to my office furious and frustrated about a message she received yesterday morning. Mom, she came to my office on her scrubs and coat, right after an 8 hour operation just to vent and blame me about it. She drove out of frustrations! Imagine how dangerous that is! She's on duty for 36 hours for goodness sake! ."

"What message Sam?" the head of the family asked out of curiosity and worry for her other daughter too.

"Message of forcing Sirinan to get married since she cant force me to under Grandpa's orders." Sam said without a brake, making her Mother's eyes widen in shock.

"This again Chantira?" Marco asked her wife

"Why? What's wrong with it? Is it wrong for a mother to wish her daughters to settle down and have a stable life before my death? They are 30 already Marco. We are not getting younger too. When will they start? When they cant have children anymore?" their mother snapped, silencing everyone in the room. Even the maids stopped what they are doing.

" You just said it Mom, Siri is 30 already. She's old enough to decide on her own. She has her own dreams and plans. She doesn't need anyone to meddle with her life and force her to do things. Did you even asked about what her plans or what she wanted to do with her life? Or did you even asked if she has someone in her life now before you force her to get married?" Sam replied to her mother.
