So...I found out yesterday that After June I will no longer be with my dance team- I've been with this team since I was 7. I became a Leader last year, and my commitment to the team is so strong.

My fear is..There is one person on the team who thinks they are everything. They act so nice but at my friends party, she said that we aren't friends because she's been trying to replace me within the team. She joined the team and became Leader in her first month because her mom is the coordinator. Meanwhile me and my friend have been on the team for 8 years and it took us 6 years to come close to leadership.

Last month and this month she finally got what she wanted- My position with the team having been threatened by her finally taken. She made our Dance leader promise her my spot, and she is TERRIBLE AT DANCING.

She uses her back issue as an excuse.

We have a heavy hip-hop routine and when our leader announced we were practicing that she dramatically said her back hurt when a minute ago she was fine.

She'll be so happy I'm gone.
