𝕿𝖍𝖊 𝖜𝖎𝖙𝖈𝖍 𝖘𝖙𝖆𝖗𝖊𝖉 out the window in her office. Of course, the window was artificial as it was below-ground, but the view was gorgeous all the same. A sprawling field filled with pink flowers. The sun wasn't high in the sky, but low, a lovely sunset of pinks, oranges, and reds filling the lower part of the sky. It was the perfect time to plan. The witch turned back around, wondering how to get away with what she wanted to do.

She stood up abruptly, her pink heels clicked against the floor as she started to pace back and forth, thinking. She couldn't send a person, no. . . that wouldn't do if they talked. . . and she certainly couldn't go herself but oh dear! Something just had to be done!

One of the cats in a picture meowed and she looked up thoughtfully. The gray and white Siamese kitten curled up on the pink pillow in the middle of one of the ceramic plates. Its tail twitched just slightly, closing one eye to keep another on his neighbor.

Of course, if she could somehow get Potter to do magic then, well, he would be expelled now, wouldn't he? And then it would be his fault, not hers. Him using magic would be on him and that would be that. And then he wouldn't be able to spread those nasty little rumours about You-Know-Who rising.

Of course, she herself wasn't all that certain that the boy was lying. Fudge may be a fool, but if there was anything to get rid of Dumbledore and Potter, she would do it. She would become the headmistress of the school, and to her luck, this was a plan that the Minister as on board with. The Ministry would take over Hogwarts and things would be taught properly. She had her job to do. Now, for the side task.

Things would, of course, go much smoother if she could get rid of Potter. He wouldn't disrupt the conversion of the students. And then, of course, there was this Elizabeth Kane that was talked about frequently in conversation with Fudge when mentioning Harry. She could also be a potential liability if she wasn't removed as well. Fudge suspected she might be worse on spreading the rumors than Potter.

But she wasn't so sure she wanted to get rid of Kane. If this girl really could see the future, well then, perhaps there was a way her visions could be utilized. No, she would not go after the girl. But would she be persuaded easily? She lived with a beast after all, a beast that should be put down. But the girl probably wouldn't think kindly about that.

Should the girl really have visions, should she herself try to get on the girls good side? But that might mean having to talk kindly about murderous beasts and she wasn't so sure she could go against her high beliefs on that case. No, she should not lower herself to talk to the Half-breed brat. Not even a werewolf brat that could see the future.

Now, with that decision firmly out of the way, how could she make Potter use magic? Once again, it wasn't as though someone could be sent to attack him. . . and she was sure Dumbledore would have people watching Harry. . . but if something else was used. . . but what?

She sat back down behind her desk again, surveying the work that she had on her desk. A trial for a man who should be sent to Azkaban or not. . . smuggling goods into the country one to many times. . . his trial would be tomorrow. His status was that of a pure blood, so she would be voting in his favor for either no time in Azkaban, or at least less than three years if she could manage it.

Her eyes kept coming back to the word Azkaban and she realized then, what she was trying to tell herself.

"Of course." She murmured aloud. "Dementors." Pulling out a fluffy pink quill and inkpot, she started writing a letter to the dementors of Azkaban. Now, this, Dolores Umbridge thought gleefully, is the perfect plan.
