A/N: This is the first request i've gotten in all of my books to do a ship and i've had so much fun writing this. I feel like in the scene where Chris is comforting Gordie right before Ace comes in that they would have kissed if it wasn't for Ace. You can see it in there eyes and when they hear Ace the way they jumped kinda says it's all. I definitely see this ship. thank you so much to Laineybruh for requesting this.
this was requested by Laineybruh i hope you like it
Chris Chambers and Gordie Lachance had always shared a special bond. Their friends, Teddy Duchamp and Vern Tessio, were well aware of the feelings that Chris and Gordie had for each other, even though the two boys themselves remained oblivious.
One sunny afternoon, the four friends found themselves in their secret hideout - a treehouse nestled in the woods. Teddy, ever the mischievous one, came up with an idea to help Chris and Gordie realize their true feelings. He suggested they play a game of truth or dare.
As the game commenced, tension filled the air. It was Teddy's turn, and he looked mischievously at Chris. "I dare you to kiss Gordie," Teddy said, a smirk forming on his face.
Chris, never one to back down from a challenge, looked at Gordie with a playful twinkle in his eye. Gordie's cheeks flushed, unsure of what to make of the dare. But something inside him sparked, and he found himself leaning in towards Chris. Their lips met, and in that moment, time seemed to stand still.
Teddy and Vern, who had been watching the scene unfold with wide eyes, exchanged surprised glances. They had never expected their friends' dare to escalate into something like this. But as they continued to watch, they could see the genuine connection and affection between Chris and Gordie.Chris looked at Gordie, his cheeks flushing slightly. Gordie's eyes widened in surprise, but he nodded in agreement. Slowly, Chris leaned in and pressed his lips against Gordie's. It was a gentle, tentative kiss, filled with the unspoken longing they had both carried for so long.
The kiss seemed to electrify the air, igniting a fire within both Chris and Gordie. They could feel the intensity growing as they pulled each other closer. The initial spark had ignited something deeper, something passionate and undeniable.
Breaking away for a moment, Chris looked into Gordie's eyes, his voice filled with a mixture of desire and uncertainty. "Do you feel what I feel?" he whispered, his breath warm against Gordie's skin.
Gordie's heart raced as he nodded, his voice barely above a whisper. "Yes, Chris. I've always felt it too."
Breaking the kiss, Chris looked into Gordie's eyes and confessed, "I've liked you since we were 12, Gordie. I've just never had the courage to say it."
Gordie, feeling a mix of emotions, nodded and replied softly, "I've felt the same way, Chris. But we both know that in 1962, being 16 and feeling like this is frowned upon."
Chris took Gordie's hand in his, intertwining their fingers. "I don't care what anyone thinks, Gordie. Our friendship means everything to me, and if there's a chance for something more, I want to explore it."
Gordie smiled, a sense of relief washing over him. He realized that their bond was stronger than any societal norms. "I want to explore it too, Chris. We'll face whatever challenges come our way, together."
As they made their way back to town, hand in hand, Teddy and Vern couldn't help but feel happy for their friends. They knew that Chris and Gordie had found something special, something worth fighting for.
With their unspoken desires finally acknowledged, they couldn't resist the pull any longer. Their lips crashed together once again, this time with an intensity that matched the fire burning inside them. They kissed as if they were trying to convey all the emotions they had kept hidden for so long.
As their make-out session continued, their kisses grew more urgent, their bodies pressed closer together. The treehouse became a sanctuary for their hidden desires, as they explored each other's mouths with an increasing hunger.
Whispers of affection and longing filled the air, their voices mingling with the sounds of their passion. They poured out their desires, their words a symphony of love and yearning.
In that moment, Chris and Gordie realized they had found something truly special in each other. Their love had blossomed from a simple kiss into a flame that burned fiercely, consuming them both.
As the sun began to set, casting a warm glow over the treehouse, Chris and Gordie clung to each other, their bodies intertwined. They knew that this was just the beginning of a love story that would last a lifetime.
Years passed, and now both Chris and Gordie were 21. They had faced their fair share of challenges, but their love remained steadfast. They no longer cared about the opinions of others; all that mattered was their love for each other.
One evening, as they sat under the stars, their hands entwined, Chris spoke softly, "Gordie, do you ever think about what others might say about us?"
Gordie smiled and looked into Chris's eyes, "Sometimes, but then I remember that their opinions don't define us. We know what we have, and that's all that matters."
Chris leaned in and kissed Gordie gently, their lips meeting in a tender embrace. "I love you, Gordie. I'm so grateful to have you by my side."
Gordie smiled, his eyes shining with happiness. "I love you too, Chris. We've come a long way, and I wouldn't change a thing. We have each other, and that's all we need."
Their love was not without its challenges, but they faced them together. They found support and understanding in their friends, who saw their love for what it truly was - pure and beautiful. Their loved ones embraced them, celebrating their happiness and encouraging them to live their lives authentically.
As Chris and Gordie continued on their journey together, they inspired others to embrace love without boundaries. Their story became a symbol of hope, showing that love knows no limits and that true happiness is found in being true to oneself.
And so, Chris Chambers and Gordie Lachance lived their lives unapologetically, their love shining brightly for all the world to see. They were proof that love conquers all, and their story would forever be remembered as a testament to the power of love and acceptance.
