Willow's P.O.V
So, me and my aunt Riley moved to a new house. She said it's because our previous house isn't pleasant enough, but I think it's because she wants me to stop being bullied. Our new residence wasn't all bad though, it had a huge garden around it, so I could play in. I found nothing wrong with the place though, maybe it was because I was so naïve at the time, and ignored the dangers, that would soon follow.
We finally entered through the front door, and I looked around while my aunt settled our bags. I was taken by eagerness and started frolicking around. Aunt Riley laughs, as she always saw me, as the perky, adventurous child, just like my favorite show: Amanda the Adventurer.
"I know that you're all excited to start your new life here, but we have to take it slowly," she explained, "Why don't you go to the attic, while I prep your room?"
I nodded with a smile.
"Right, see you later, Aunt Riley!"
I was halfway to reaching the attic when I heard Aunt Riley call my name.
"Willow?"
"Yeah?"
"Play with whatever you want in there, but whatever you do—!"
I didn't listen to my aunt's warnings and zoomed into the attic to see what I could find. I found many things there, including a toy oven and some fruits, a piano, a redheaded doll, etc. None seemed to capture my interest, as I found many locked objects, that I couldn't open despite my efforts.
I then noticed a letter on a corkboard addressed to my aunt, and I got excited and confused at the same time, what was the meaning of all this? I was curious but decided I would investigate later. Turning around, I spotted a single VHS tape laying next to a small T.V., it was from Amanda the Adventurer, my favorite cartoon ever! The episode's name was inscribed below the tape in red marker.
"In the kitchen"
I felt a wave of Nostalgia kick in my body. I think I was around 6 years old when the show came out, I loved exploring new adventures with Amanda and Wooly, an adorable little sheep, who tags along with her. I loved Wooly with all my heart, he was always sensible, friendly, and genuine, which made me fall in love with him. I haven't seen him in years, I hope he remembers me...
No P.O.V
Willow placed the cassette into the T.V. player and sat down to watch. A brief static occurred, queuing at the beginning of the episode. Her eyes lit up when she layed her eyes upon the title screen: a big, red apple in the center, with Amanda on the left, and Wooly on the right. The episode started in the blink of an eye, and here was Amanda with Wooly by her side.
"Hi, I'm Amanda!" Amanda greeted.
"And I'm Wooly!" The sheep added stretching his arm welcomingly.
Willow laughs fondly.
"Hey, Wooly!" she called out.
Suddenly, as though he heard Willow's voice, Wooly's smile grew fonder, while his eyelids were half shut. There were also red hearts, floating and popping above his head, as he placed his hands over his heart, not hearing Amanda as she spoke.
Noticing the lamb's reaction, Willow blushed and waved back at him. It wasn't long, however, before Amanda notes her friend's flustered behavior.
"Ooooh," Amanda jokingly remarked, "Do you have a crush, on someone, Wooly?"
Suddenly Wooly snapped out of his trance and blushed while rubbing the back of his neck.
"Who, me, no! Of course not!" He protested.
