Kim YN and Do Kyungsoo, are the best, best friends. Both hailing from Gangnam. Yn and Kyungsoo have been best friends since childhood. They had the same dreams. Both wanted to be idols. The 15-year-olds decided to chase their dreams. They both started to audition for entertainment companies. Kyungsoo passed the audition at SM and YN at JYP. They worked hard, they practised day and night. They loved each other so damn much that they believed nothing could tear them apart. But now do they think the same?

After 4 years they were both selected to debut. But something happened. YN's mother passed away. Forcing her to quit on her dreams and go back home, to help her father with her little siblings. He was against it knowing his elder daughter was gonna debut soon. But she couldn't leave them like that. She knew how precious this opportunity was, this was all she ever wanted since childhood but she couldn't turn her back on her family. She left her dreams halfway. She walked away brokenhearted.

She went back home and resumed study when her father compelled her...

Kyungsoo knew how much she loved becoming an idol he tried his best to convince her not to quit. But she was determined.

"This industry doesn't need me, But my family needs me more than anything now" She wiped her tears harshly and he hugged her.

Years went by ( 9 years to be precise ) Kyungsoo became famous, he became a global icon, they set records they broke records. They marched forward.

YN did her best to raise the younger ones she completed her studies and started working in a private firm...She is not the 15-year-old girl who dreamed of the world nor the 19-year-old girl who was gonna debut. She was just a heartbroken 28-year-old who didn't know what next.

Kyungsoo got busier day by day, yet he always found time for her. He loved her so much that no matter what he made sure she was happy. But was she? Was she feeling the same? Was she happy with her life?

One thing she was, was being happy for him. She loved him and she loves him and always will. But she started distancing herself from him. He always invited her to hang out with the boys, but she kept refusing. He would want to spend time with her but she always came up with some excuses. What was she going through?

"I'll get it" Her younger brother dashed through to get the door.

"Who's it Minjoonah?" She asked still eyes fixed on the wok when she couldn't hear anything.

She jumped a little when two hands sneaked onto her waist. He pressed his lips on her neck, "Miss me love?" He asked.

She pursed her lips to stop them trembling.

"You didn't miss me? I'm offended."He whined like a kid.

"I did." She replied in a small voice.

"Oppa!!!" Another voice called him, it was her
11 year old sister Minji. He left her and went to hug the little one and the 13-year-old boy flexed his muscles to his hyung.

"Let's eat." She said setting the plates.

"Where's appa?" Kyungsoo asked.

"He's out on a business trip." She replied and he nodded.

So Kyungsoo decided to surprise her since he hadn't seen her in 2 years. Yes, 2 whole damn years. She always came up with excuses so all he could do was to show up at her house.
