Luke's POV

And here we go again, another concert tonight. This time in my home town, it feels kind of nice. I have never played here before. Well, not a real concert for a couple of thousand people. Memories from the past few years are floating through my mind. It's been over 3 years since I left this city.

I was 16, and just discovered by some rich talent scout who saw my music videos on youtube. It all feels so ancient, so much has happened in these years. On the other hand, nothing about this city has changed. It's still this boring, old city where I used to live.

Except for that place.

That place that everybody seems to hate. It's called called high school. I loved it. I know it sounds silly, but that was the place where I would follow her every single day. Where I would watch her get her books out of her cute pink locker. Where I used to sit on the table next to her without her even noticing me. Oh, those days. But life is different now, and I probably won't see her around anymore.

As I walk down the street, towards the hotel I will be staying in this week, I hear a bunch of screaming people behind me coming closer and closer. I smile. It never really bothers me to see all those fans that want to take pictures with me and have an autograph. After all, they are the reason that all of this is possible for me.

I take a few selfies, give some autographs and continue my walk.

In a fraction of a second I see a girl with a plain black skirt and a purple top walking on the other side of the road. Weird, people mostly look at me and the crowd of fans when they hear them screaming. But she seems very concentrated, her gaze fixed on the road.

I would swear I know her. I look again. In just a second I remember that bag. The bag that she, apparently, still carries with her after 4 years. Her hair seems shorter, a little darker as well, but I still recognize her. I'm pretty sure it's her.

"I'm going to that girl on the other side of the road" I tell Paul, my bodyguard.

"But, you can't go on your own"

"Well, then join me"

Suddenly the crowd of fans just don't seem to let me go. It's becoming to get a little annoying. I make my way through the crowd with some help from Paul, and then rush to the other side of the road.

"Hurry, Paul!" I yell.

I can see her walk into some parking lot. My heart begins to race.
I start to run.

Once I reach the parking lot my heart jumps.

"Riley" I whisper
