ATTENDING NEVERMORE (wednesday addams x male reader)

chapter 1- meeting the addams and the monster

your dad pressed down on the breaks as he reached the end of the drive way 

f/n: home sweet home"

your dad and mom then get out as you wake up, you get your bags and join your parents inside

f/n: you sure you'll be able to handle school and a ranch?"

y/n: uh huh, if anything ill get a few friends to help out"

m/n: i know you're seventeen but take it easy on the weed, ajax more then anyone"

y/n: okay that was one time mom"

m/n: one time to many"

you chuckle and shake your head 

y/n: yes ma'am"

you then set your bags in your bedroom and walk back out to the kitchen where your parents were waiting 

f/n: alright, we're gonna get started on dinner"

y/n: alright, mind if i take rouge out for a ride?"

f/n: not at all just be back in thirty"

y/n: yes sir"

you then walk outside to the horse stable and saddle up rouge, you then mount the horses back and kick his side lightly 

y/n: lets get going"

*timeskip*

you were riding through a forest trail, you leaned forward to pat rouges neck but doing so triggers your vision, whenever you have a vision your head suddenly feels like a dozen knives are going through it

you drop the horse reins and fall off the saddle, you then see your parents being murdered by some kind of monster as your father tries his best to shoot the beast

the vision ends and the pain in your head subsides, you take a second to catch your breath before getting back on rouge and riding back to the house as fast as you could, once the house comes into view you hear several gunshots

y/n: fuck. no. no.no"

you get off rouge and run into the house, as you enter the kitchen you see your parents dead, with missing limbs

you drop to your knees and just stare at the bloody scene with wide and sad eyes

y/n: fuck"

you sigh and get up and dial nine one one after half an hour the sheriff and a few of his deputies show up, sheriff glapin then walked up to you and took his hat off 

galpin: what the hell happened here son?"

y/n: i dont know...came back after riding up the trail and just...found them like that when i walked in"

galpin: im sorry for your loss...we'll go over the crime scene and turn the house back over to you"

y/n: alright, when you're done with the autopsy have them sent to the l/n family cemetery, i want them buried as soon as they get there"

galpin: I'll be sure to do that"

y/n: ill be in the barn of you need me"

the sheriff nodded at you as you walked away when you enter the barn you walk over to the small work bench in the right hand corner and sit down

you simply lose yourself in thought but were snapped out when you heard footsteps behind you, you turn to see your best friend, tyler galpin 

y/n: hey, whats up t"

tyler: i just heard what happened...im sorry for your loss"

y/n: it is what it is i guess...when i find that thing im going to kill em"
