Shigaraki Pov
I remember seeing Izuku when I attacked the USJ and ever since then i've become obsessed with him and I've followed him, learning about him before he came to UA. I was shocked to learn that he was quirkless and that brat Bakugou bullied him even going as far as to tell to take a swan dive off the roof. I was so close to bursting into that brats house and disintegrating him and killing his parents for raising a child so cruel and uncaring.
I saw how people at UA mocked him, calling his stuttering annoying, never helping him when Bakugou would attack and abuse him regularly. I knew how those fake heroes never cared about him and only cared about his quirk. Heck they didn't even help when he broke his bones they only lectured him about controlling his quirk better.
This useless society doesn't deserve him, thats why I monitor him at all times to prevent him from doing stuff like this (jumping off a building). It's also why I sent Kurogiri to bring him here to the League so that he won't have to suffer from society's hand again. First I'll kill All Might then I'll tear society down and punish every quirkest brat who ever hurt my Izuku, I'll keep him safe and I'll protect him something that the Hero Society failed to do.
