[House of Lamentation]
The demon brothers, excluding Lucifer, and Cale were having a dinner.
Mammon was pretty much happy that they're home now.
"Ahhh! Yep, there's no place like home! This...! This is my kinda place. This chair! This plate! The way the food tastes! I mean, doncha agree? There's really no place like the House of Lamentation, huh Cale?"
Cale just hummed in reply.
'I wanna go home.'
Mammon smiled, unaware of Cale's thoughts.
"Haaa... I've walked through this hall multiple times..."
Mammon pointed out the hall as he continues.
"...but after bein' away all this time, I realize I really missed this place...!"
Mammon cried out.
"Don't be so dramatic. We were only away on our retreat for three days."
Satan commented.
Mammon averted his eyes, with a gloomy atmosphere around him.
During the retreat, they really did have lots of (annoying) memories. Like how he was not in the same room with Cale, not in the same group as Cale, wasn't able to dance with Cale, and of course, the most memorable and painful experience of his-eating Solomon's cooking.
Leviathan, on the other hand, was not happy at Satan's comment.
"Only...? Satan, did you really just say we're ONLY away for three days?"
Leviathan stood up and glared at Satan.
He then launched into a tirade about how he had left half of his Ruri-chan collection and figures behind because they wouldn't all fit in his luggage. He described how devastated he was as if it was the end of the world.
Cale just sigh at Leviathan's exaggerated words.
Mammon, who was beside Cale, still stared in space, recalling the (awful) moments they had on the retreat.
"Ahahaha! Look how serious Levi was! He's honestly mad right now!"
Satan gave Asmodeus a dirty look.
"There aren't words to describe how much I can't stand you guys..."
"Patties... Now I want a cheeseburger..."
Beelzebub said, touching his stomach.
"Cheeseburger, huh?"
Mammon had a flashback at Solomon's food and instantly went pale.
"...Enough. Stop it. Don't even speak of human world food."
Satan stated with a terrified look on his face.
Asmodeus mischievously grin.
"Oh, are you remembering lunch on the last day of the retreat? Ahaha! Sounds like that human world food you guys had was pretty horrible, huh?"
