Swamped-Lacuna Coil

Ji Sub was left speechless. He felt like he died a million times right that moment. He have his fault when he hid everything from his wife. But it seems Tae Hee was smarter than he thinks.

He thought Tae Hee was just someone who fell in love easily. And that she would be understanding when he tells him the truth about his identity, more specifically his sexual preference. But he got everything wrong. He underestimated everything, including Yong Joon whom he thought loved him forever.

He was betrayed by the people he loves and he was hurt like hell. All those years of Marriage to Tae Hee, sacrificing himself were all left for nothing. At the end of the day, it's just now him and his two boys.

"Appa? Is it true? Eomma said you were gay? and she don't want you? She doesn't want us anymore? Does it mean that she never loved us Appa?" Then 5-year-old Seok Jin asked.

They were left standing in front of many people at Ho Seok's third Birthday Party when Tae Hee confronted him.

"He wasn't in love with you Ji Sub! He was in love with me! He told me, that you are the only one holding him!I can give him what you cannot give! I am leaving you! I don't want a gay husband!" Tae Hee yelled at him.

Tae Hee had a few drinks before she talked to Ji Sub. Mr. Kim was shocked at what he heard. He got their Helper and told them to get the kids inside.

Mr.Kim had been nothing but kind. And this is what his only daughter would do to him.

He felt pity for Ji Sub. He knew he raised his daughter well, but he didn't know that his daughter would go this crazy.

Mr.Kim asked his men's helpers to drag Tae Hee and Yong Joon out of the Villa. He told them that his daughter would not have a right anymore, and from that day forward, he had disowned her.

"She is not allowed here, even if she comes, kick her off! I don't have an irresponsible, man-hungry daughter!"Mr. Kim yelled in pure anger. He had difficulty with breathing and Ji Sub was quick to catch him.

"Papa, have a sit, please! I'll get water!" Ji Sub worriedly said to his father-in-law.

After that event. Mr. Kim's health started to fluctuate. He was diagnosed with all sorts of sickness.

Tae Hee was the only daughter, his wife passed away years ago. He felt like he didn't have anyone anymore, except his son-in-law, Ji Sub, and his 2 boys.

After a few years, all of Mr. Kims' savings were maxed out due to different Medical Operations.

The Farm was struggling, it was either they tended to the farm's needs or got Mr.Kim's Operation done. Ji Sub cared for his father-in-law. And he prioritized Mr. Kim's Operation first.

Mr. Kim has two times bypass operations for his heart failure. The first one was a success. But unfortunately, he didn't make it on the second one. Mr. Kim died. Tae Hee didn't even go to his Father's funeral.

"When is Eomma coming back Appa?" 6-year-old Ho Seok asked as they held his Grand Father's Funeral. " She is not coming back Seokie! Don't ask about her!" Then 9-year-old Seok Jin replied.

Ji Sub was just sobbing. He can't blame the boys for being angry towards their mother. They left them for another man. She was a selfish woman.

Ji Sub and his kids became the talk of their small town. Ji Sub became everyone's laughingstock. There were days were he could hide the hurt, but there were days that he would lock himself in his room.

Mr.Kim left the Farm under his name and that's all they have. All the staff were gone. Few portions of the Villa were bought. Tae Hee didn't show up but she sent him the divorce papers.

Seok Jin saw it when it came. He was in Highschool and Ho Seok was about to graduate from Elementary. He was angry. He ran to Ji Sub and told him to sign the papers right away.

"I don't want to have anything to do with her Appa! She is the reason why we were like this! It's all her fault!" Seok Jin said and ran to his room.

Ho Seok was just speechless about Hyung's action. Maybe because he was too young to know all of that stuff.

When Seok Jin Graduated High School, he talked to Ji Sub and told him that he would go to Seoul and Finish his Studies. He told him of his dream of Becoming a Doctor.

Ji Sub made sure that he was in touch with Seok Jin all the time. Whenever he has money he will send it to Seok Jin to at least help with School Fees.

Apart from Ji Sub making small money from the Province, Seok Jin worked as a part-time waiter at the Old Euphoria Club. The Club was owned by Kim Nam Joon's grandparents.

He and Kim Nam Joon became friends. Nam Joon became his best pal, he was the same as his younger brother's age and he saw some of Ho Seok's qualities in his.

Seok Jin graduated as Summa Cum Laude in the Field of Medicine. He has his Internship at Seoul National University Hospital.

He was always exceptional with everything until they granted him his Residency.

He made some money, and that's when Ho Seok was sent to Seoul. Ho Seok has a Degree in Commerce but he chose to manage the Small Laundromat that Seok Jin got for him.

Ji Sub visits his kids now and then.

Ho Seok has this bubbly personality, and when Seok Jin introduced him to his BFF Nam Joon they hit instantly.

Ho Seok was everyone's go-to guy. Everyone wants his happy company.
