Nobody's Home-Avril Lavigne
It was early morning when Yoon Gi got home. After the night at Euphoria, he thought of heading straight to bed. When he got inside. The room was clean, it seemed untouched, he thought of heading to their kitchen to grab a drink. When he turned on the lights, he found Da Hae, who was already up. She was in the kitchen, holding a glass of water.
"Still early Mommy! I think you should still be in bed!" Yoon Gi said as he greeted his mother with a light kiss on her forehead. "Yes, Yoonie! Don't worry!" Da Hae replied with a smile although sleepiness was still visible on her face. He left and walked on his way to the bedroom.
As Yoon Gi got to his room, he immediately plopped himself to his bed. He was a little tipsy from his drinking. He had a long night, and his transaction went well, as Nam Joon helped him with his buyer.
He tries to sleep, but after a few minutes, he keeps on tossing and turning on his bed. The memories of his younger self keep on haunting him.
His memory always takes him back to the day he lost his Innocence.

"Are you on break Uncle Edgar?" Yoon Gi asked as he went close to the man. " Yes, I am! Come here and sit with me!" The man said.
As Yoon Gi is familiar and very close with the man, he doesn't think that the man will cause him harm. They have been friends with his family for a very long time.
The male was sitting on a chair, the man tapped his legs and gestured for Yoon Gi to sit with him. He spread his legs and asked Yoon Gi to sit in front of him.
The man slowly walked his hand until it reached Yoon Gi's stomach area. He was telling him things and Yoon Gi was amazed by his stories.
The little boy didn't realize that the Man's hand was slowly crawling down to his private area. Yoon Gi was engrossed in the man's story and didn't realize what was happening. The man got Yoon Gi's tiny hands and directed them to touch his hardened private area. Yoon Gi was pure and innocent, he had no idea that the man was taking advantage of him. After a few minutes, the man stood up and left Yoon Gi alone.
It was from some 13 years ago, but it keeps on playing in his head again and again.
Then another incident came, from one of his cousins. They were playing in their house, no one was home, and his parents were all at work at that time, Yoon Gi thought they were just wrestling, until his cousin, scooped down his private area. Yoon Gi was around 9 or 10 when it all happened.
He was upset and he hit his cousin in the face. The last one was when he was about 15, it was one of his Uncles.
He touched him and told him, that if he told it to anyone, he would cause him more harm.
Yoon Gi never felt powerless in his life. He knows, that even if he is soft, or he is gay, he can do anything. But he thought that it's all pointless, especially when it's a life-threatening situation.
No one knew his pain, his anger, his anxiety. He kept it all, hidden at the back of his mind. The boy who used to have that 'gummy smile' is now gone.
He needs to be cautious and look after himself so that no one can get to him again. He will never be a gullible, sweet child to anyone. He took an oath to himself, that he would become his alternate self. This way, no one can take advantage of him. He always has his 'poker' face.
What Yoon Gi didn't know, is that during his teens. His father developed a bad habit of coping with his stress, he got into all sorts of things.
Go Soo developed alcoholism and on top of that, he also started violating his wife, when she disagreed for sex.
Yoon Gi was a loner when he was still studying. He still knows a lot of things, not like he is from some province or whatnot. He just loves being himself. He is decent when someone talks to him. But once he feels that the person is an asshole, then he treats them how they are supposed to be treated.
Before he graduates, he was nicknamed by someone, 'He has a face of an Angel, but has an attitude of a Devil'. Yoon Gi just laughed when he learned about that. He knows to himself that he is not baddy-bad. He just looks after himself, because ' being too nice' doesn't go well for him.
After some time, Yoon Gi had fallen asleep. Yoon Gi was told that someone wants to partner with him with his business. He was given a heads-up that this new partner is an influential person.
Meanwhile.
Taehyung smiled as he clicked the option 'SENT'. He hoped that the Company will be Impressed with his Curriculum Vitae. He is not that confident with himself, that's why he prefers, applying online first rather than Walking-In in the actual Company.
Although, Taehyung doesn't have to go thru hiring process and all since his parents were shareholders of a Big Company. Taehyung thought that it will not be fair for those less privileged people. As a humanitarian himself, he will defeat his purpose if he will rely on the countless favors he could take advantage of. Just like any other normal people, he wanted to experience everything.
Even if he lacks confidence over himself, he still wanted to venture things by himself. It's just good that he have, understanding and loving parents.
Though, there's part of them, their parent's didn't know. He is hopeful to get their support in the future.
