A week after the incident, the family is greeted by a somewhat miserable day. The heart of the city beating with an uncertain tempo, just shy of a thunderstorm in its birth. It is on that day when everything Jimin had so carefully built over the past weeks shattered.

He was woken up from a horrid nightmare. But he soon managed to put it past him as the day moved on. He assured his parents that he was fine. He goofed off with Jungkook and Taehyung. Danced with Hoseok and helped Yoongi and his Appa to make some muffins for a snack. He went to his dance class, as it was Monday. No one bullied him now. Most of the kids apologised last Wednesday. He had a fun and interactive class.

He was fine. Completely OK. Or so he wanted to pretend. He couldn't explain the slight anxiousness sitting under his skin all day. It was just there. He couldn't help but stay away from his parents, skirting around them and avoiding them. He wanted to stay alone and in his room, but he also didn't want to alert anyone. He didn't want to be a burden, yet he wanted to be understood. And understood for what? He doesn't even know. All he knew was that it was a bad day. And all he wished was for it to just pass.

And just when he thought that he was about done with the day. It all collapsed. It was around 8 in the evening. An hour after, he had come back from his classes at the studio. He had been silently sitting in Taehyung's wardrobe with him when the younger whined  for some water.

"Get it yourself." Jimin scoffed as he tried to shuffle away from his brother's insistent grip on his arm.

"But I don't wanna moveeeeee!!!" The younger whined some more and kept his firm but not bruising grip.

"No."
"Please."
"N.O"
"I know how to spell no!"
"Then you should also know its meaning."
"Pleaseeeee."
"Ask Jungkook."
"He is busy."
"Again!"
"Puh lease! It would be foolish to believe that he would leave it alone. "

"Fine! But you owe me." Jimin grumbled, just wanting to shake of Taehyung's grip. As bad as the day was, he really didn't want any hands on him for even a second. It was a miracle that he didn't snap already.

He trudged downstairs, making his way to the kitchen, trying not to sulk.

He made it past the lounge area but made the terrible mistake of looking over when he heard a new voice.

There, on the couch, sat an old elderly man. Talking to his parents, who sat at the other side of the sectional. Jimin could only see the back of the guest's head, but he already knew what was going on.

He couldn't believe it. He trusted them! How could they? Why?

His mind took him back to when he was at his first home.Every week, his so-called gaurdians would meet with other people of their kind and quite literally offered him up for grabs.

Now, he is looking at his new parents talking amicably with an old man, and he couldn't help but realize how similar the situations were. His eyes stung, and he quickly spun on his heel. Walking quickly but not quite running, he sped up the stairs and straight to his room.

Realising that he probably won't be really safe in a room that wasn't completely his own, rather it was shared with Hoseok. He speedily entered the bathroom ànd locked it. Twice, for good measure. Not bothering to turn on the lights, he looked around the bathroom.

By now, Jimin was trembling, and his body felt cold. He sat inside the bathtub, the closed space giving him comfort. He brought his knees up to his chest and wrapped his arms around them. Picking up a small rocking motion, trying to soothe himself.

What would happen now? They would undoubtedly find him! He should have hid somewhere else! What if they get angry at him for trying to hide? What if they had already sold him? Even if no one saw him running, Taehyung would surely wonder why he hadn't---
