You know I have a sudden inspiration. It come out of nowhere but I think it will be a good story. It just... I don't think I can do details for it. I do, however, have a rough plot and storyline.

- a modern man, with a famous career to speak (it can be any career), suddenly transmigrated into an ancient era where in that particular world, a man can become pregnant. He transmigrated into a child body who can get pregnant. As he don't want to become a burden, he studied hard about medicines and became a physician or a doctor. He also learn martial arts and practices everyday to overcome the limit his already weak body due to his ability to become pregnant. In the end, he became master of both medicines and martial arts.

- as he grows out, he was closed with a prince who was  famous with his ability as war general. The prince has a great understanding in strategies and intelligence. As soon as he was 15, he went to the battlefield and gain merits with his victorious battle. He has the most potential in becoming the emperor alongside with the crown prince. When there's no war or battle, he would spend his time in the barracks or at the minister of justice. The crown prince works mostly at the minister of rites and rarely practice martial arts but he has the most influence among the ministers.

- the MC meet the prince, the ML when they fairly young. They practice martial arts together. MC was an orphan that was adopted by a physician that work mostly with the soldiers. The prince was sent to the barracks quite young and meet MC there. They become close and done many things together.

- they fell in love with each other and then the prince make a request to the emperor to married MC. The emperor granted their marriage with a thought that his son don't want to be an emperor. ML don't want to and they married at the age of 19.

- suddenly, the crown prince decided to rebel and wanted to covet the throne when the prince was 22. The prince went against the crown prince and won. The emperor decided to give the throne to the prince and died because of old age. The prince ascended become an emperor and the MC as the empress. At that time, the MC already pregnant for two months. MC's adoptive father had died for quite years and he doesn't have any relative left. The ministers quite glad that there was no natal family of the empress in the court. Not long after that, a heir of the empire was born from the empress, MC.

- both of them lived quite content with their life. MC gave birth for two daughters after that and no rivalries to covet the throne happened. The harem also don't have any problems as MC was strict with the concubines there. Even though there were concubines, there was no prince or princess from them. The emperor was loyal and faithful to the empress and he doesn't touch any other woman or man. Any schemes to conceive prince or princess were put to stop before it could even happen. The empress as the physician monitored everything around the emperor to make sure the emperor doesn't get poisoned or drugged. The concubines could only be said as decorations in the harem without any functions.

- both the emperor and the empress died together and the throne was given to their only prince. They thought they would be meeting in the afterlife but life really has its own plan. MC suddenly woke up in his old body and the people around him told him that he fall unconscious for a week because of overwork and exhaustion. At first, he was puzzled with everything and then he calm his nerve. He know that what he had experienced is true and not an illusion because he still can remember everything he learnt as a physician. Although he quite upset that he would never see his husband again. Then he continued his old life before the transmigration. It was shaky initially and after that it gradually became better.

- in the modern day, he was the third son in his family and not involved with the struggle to control their family company. His older brothers and the illegitimate children of his father were competing for the company while he stay way from it. He has his own career that accumulate his own wealth rather than relying on family money. He, however, was also targeted for their schemes as they feared that he suddenly take over the company. Sadly for them, the newly him was a former empress and has many experiences in dealing schemes and pests. That can't go against him.

- he then work like usual as if nothing ever happened to him. A collaboration came to him with a company (whatever the company about) that make him bump into the president of the company. He was stunned to see that the president looked similar to his husband the former emperor. He talked to the president with subtle hint of his former life when they realised that they both were there. They then have a talk alone without any other person. They united and told about their experience. Turned out, the former emperor suddenly woke up in this body the knowledge and the memories of the occupied body. It was as if he was reborn here and only received the memories of the past lives later in the new life. MC teared up a little with the sudden realisation and thought that he was not alone in this.

- since then they were close again, they didn't get married right away as not to seem suspicious. MC still take care of ML like when he was emperor.

- they will face conflicts and challenges. ( I can't really think what they would face in this new life. If anyone can think of anything I would glad to)

- then they were stunned with a sudden surprise. MC was pregnant. They never thought that MC could get pregnant here. After all, in their current world, it was vastly different as they were in different world completely. There was no man can get pregnant here. They were happy and decided to get married right away.

- they lived happily with the newly born son who was the reincarnation of their old son.

I would say that this rough plot is quite okay for me as I really don't know how to create conflicts in the story. The story will not focussing on the ancient era but leaned towards the modern days. However, I really don't know how to convey it properly.

If anyone want to use this rough storyline, they have my permission. I only can give ideas but not the complete story. I hope this idea is better though.
