I have a sudden idea about this. Not sure if it good idea though.
• when Naruto was few months old, there's a sudden rift of space. He travelled through dimension and was found by Percy.
• Percy adopts Naruto and raised him together with his immortal family. (Just think Percy as god / immortal. Naruto has blessing from them) Naruto would have some power as a part of sea family.
• Naruto grow up surrounded mostly by the godly side of family and demigods. He does attend school like normal as he has no dyslexia like others demigod.
• let's just say that there's someone from other world in the underworld, probably in Elysium. It's uzumaki kushina, Naruto's biological mother. Nico meet the Jacksons and told them about kushina. Naruto meet kushina and told them about what happened to them and including about the uzumaki clan and chakra.
• when Naruto was 14 or 15, he travelled back to his old world and the events went like canon with differences as he was raised by Percy.
• end up with sasuke (that's all my idea for ending)
