You arrived at the medical sector, dismounting from the reptilian's back. "Tarta!" Opila exclaimed, gleefully barreling into the smaller avian. Opila and Tarte nuzzled each other affectionately and Seline rolled her eyes. You turned to Banban "So, we need to finish Nabnaleena's procedure right?" You said. Banban nodded as he guided you into an old operation room, you sat on chair while he sterilized the IV. You winced as Banban withdrew some of you blood.

You held a piece of gauze to your arm as he hooked Nabnaleena up to the IV bag. You looked at the 'spider' she only had four limbs, and looked more like a jumping spider mixed with a spider monkey. She had very long arms with long hands, and one of her four fingers on each hand was longer and curved.

You looked at Banban you wanted to ask about what happened with Flynn, but decided that now probably wasn't the best time to talk about it. Instead, you walked out to the waiting room by the elevator to check on the others. "I was so scared honey! Seeing Flynn trap you under those rocks. I'm so glad you're okay!" Opila cooed, inspecting Tarta for injuries. "Ugh, gross." Said Seline "Aww! I think it's sweet!" Banbaleena replied.

Tamataki and Chamataki were speaking with who you could only guess was Nabnab, who looked a lot like Nabnaleena, but wore a gray party hat instead of a bow. Seline tapped you on the shoulder "Hey, I'm sorry for trying to eat you earlier." She said before slithering back over to Banbaleena. Quite frankly, now that you knew that they were in a prolonged state of starvation, you didn't blame her for trying to eat you.

Banban walked out with Nabnaleena, and Nabnab immediately became interested. Nabnab and Nabnaleena circled each other, copying each other's movements. The moment was interrupted as a glowing eye appeared from the dark. Nabnab and Nabnaleena looked to each other and nodded before climbing into the elevator elevator shaft.

The feathers on both Opila and Tarta's necks rose in clear sign of aggression, Banbaleena's hands clenched into fists and Captain bared his teeth. Flynn towered over them "Pests! You stand in the way of perfection! How can you possibly help one of the very same creatures that has caused our suffering in the first place!" Flynn jeered. An orange tentacle swung at Opila and Tarta. They jumped out of the way as another tentacle lashed out at Banbaleena and Seline. Tamataki shot a blast of boiling water at Flynn, hitting him on the side of his face and on the tentacle he used to block his eye.

Flynn recoiled in pain and threw Tamataki and Chamataki into a wall. You could tell that this wasn't a battle you could win, you and the starving mascots had a numbers advantage, but Flynn was significantly stronger and had a much longer range with his attacks. You ran to reception desk in waiting room and grabbed a handful of pens. It wouldn't do anything, but it might help the others find an opening if you could distract him.

You chucked then pen towards his eye as hard as you could, it hit his bottom eyelid. You continued to run to various spots and throw a pen or two until you ran out and ran back towards the reception desk. A tentacle caught you before you could get even a step further, apparently your attempts to distract him were somewhat successful.

Flynn shoved you towards his beak, you planted your feet on the upper and lower jaws of the beak in a frantic attempt to keep your body away from the snapping jaws.
"HELP!" You screamed.

-POV:Banban-

"HELP!" I heard Y/n scream, Stinger Flynn was trying to shove them into his mouth. I tried to rush towards them, but Flynn looked directly at me. No! NO! I have to save Y/n! I can't panic now! I just need to move, WHY CANT I JUST MOVE?

The icy grip of panic had him rooted to the spot, he was starting to hyperventilate as tried to fight through the panic. No matter how hard he tried, it was as if his body was frozen in place. He collapsed to the ground, he wanted to scream, but he couldn't even do that. It was getting harder and harder to discern what was really happening as the dizziness from hyperventilating made him lightheaded. Every horrible memory was rushing back to him, every hurtful word, every fit of anger, every bit of fear he felt in those moments.

He didn't even notice the pain in his head. He didn't even notice the the orange tentacle sweeping towards him. He didn't even notice how Seline yelled at him to get out of the way.

Then it all went black.

-POV:Reader-

Your legs couldn't hold out much longer, Stinger Flynn was way stronger than you. For a moment the pressure lessened. "RAAAAAAH" Fiddles jumped onto Flynn and started battering the jellyfish with all his strength. Flynn shook his body, flinging Captain off and dropping you in the process. Seline caught you before you fell into the empty ball pit, Captain managed to stick the landing quite well.

"Guys! Over here!" Nabnab yelled from the elevator platform. Stinger Flynn swung a tentacle towards it, but fell short with screech. You turned to look in shock as Jumbo Josh full-body tackled Flynn. You looked back to the elevator, Captain, Seline, Opila, and Tarta were already on, Tamataki and Chamataki were fitting themselves onto the platform, and Banban was... Unconscious of floor?!

You ran over, he was still breathing which was good, Banbaleena jogged over to help you carry him to the elevator. The platform started to rise and Jumbo Josh climbed out of the pit and followed, climbing up the elevator shaft.

"NO, STOP! STOP!" Flynn screamed from the pit, trying crawl out of the pit, and you realized what was happening as Flynn began screaming in pain. You had to look away as the pack began eating Flynn alive.

On the surface level of the building, the group of you got off the platform, Jumbo crawled out from under the platform to join you. "Thanks for save back there." You said to the large green creature. "You're welcome." He responded, which was a bit shocking since you hadn't heard him speak before.

As you walked toward the exit of the building, you almost tripped over something. You looked down at the pinkish-purple chick standing by your feet.

"Oh my goodness! Tarta! They hatched!" Opila exclaimed.
