1 - neighborhood spiderman

"oh.. that's not too good." the boy gulped, feeling a tingle enter into his head. he quickly leaned to the window and looked outside of the classroom.

"help! someone stole my purse!" an elderly woman yelled out, seeking help from the busy crowd. the robber was currently on the run, as the elderly woman attempted to chase them to no avail.

"i should check what's happening.." he mumbled, facing back to the teacher and raising up his hand.

"miss, can i head to the bathroom?" he eagerly asked, waiting desperately for an answer.

"sure, but don't make us wait for too lo—"

with that, he went rushing out of the classroom, sprinting down the halls as soon as he closed the doors.

as soon as he made it outside, he hid behind a wall and squatted down.

"umm, okay.. how does this thing work again?" he aggressively tapped around the small device wrapped around his arm, pressing whatever he saw.

"fuck— fuck! not that!" he panicked as he looked over himself, wearing his gym uniform. he quickly pressed again.

"why am i back to this now!?" he yelled frustratingly, pulling on his tie— he was back in his school uniform. he continued to click randomly on his device.

he felt his outfit get extremely tight, making him look down at his body.

am i good now?

he pressed around his other arm, recognizing the texture of his suit.

yep, i'm good!

he grabbed his phone out to play some music, plugging in his earbuds. he then stuck back his phone and case into his suit. damn, spiderwebs are so convenient.

"okay, let's go!" he grinned, shooting a web towards a tall building. he shot himself up towards the direction, moving to each building to another.

so, let's start from the beginning..

hi, my name is kim gyuvin!

i was bitten by a radioactive spider, and for like— two months, i've been the one and only...

"watch this!" gyuvin shouted out, shooting another web to a building but failing miserably.

...spiderman. i'm sure you know the rest.

i saved a bunch of people,

"quick! run over there. i'll take it from here." gyuvin yelled as he evacuated hundreds of people, glancing over at the monster who towered him.

made tons of friends,

"let's take a picture!" gyuvin cheerfully said, placing his phone upwards and capturing all of his friends. "say cheese!"

slept through my exams,

"umm.. do you think we should wake him up?" his classmate asked, tapping her seatmate's shoulder.

"nah, it's just normal." she shrugged. "as expected from kim gyuvin."

and yeah, you get it. i lived a pretty cool life!

sometimes, though— i get a little lonely, seeing all my friends have so much fun with each other. like, i always wonder, what would it be like if i weren't spiderman? i have so many friends, but i don't feel safe with a lot of them.
