The Disappearance of Tony Stark's Mystery Girl

When seen with Mr. Stark originally in Washington Square two months ago, young college student Sol Peterson seemed close to Mr. Stark and his soulmate, Ms. Natasha Romanoff. Fans have speculated romantic relations with the soulmate group. However, there is no data to back this currently from The Daily Bugle's sources.
While there is no data to back romantic relations with the Avengers, there is proof that she was at least somehow connected to them through a recent press conference called by the Star-Spangled Man With a Plan himself, Mr. Steven Rogers. While in this meeting, the Avengers team seemed pressed thin and stressed, Prince Loki of Asgard even seemed quite sleepless and more aggressive than the world has seen him since he had met his soulmates just over a year ago during the events of the near-Battle of New York.
"A young woman in our care, a college student by the name of Sol Peterson, has been abducted from the facility she was staying by unknown parties." says Mr. Rogers, upon a photo being shown of the missing woman, "If any information is found, no matter the reliability, please report to the new sub-division of our hotline website, 'Missing Persons'. Any new cases will be added there for anonymous tips and reports."
After this world-rocking conference, no questions were taken. Some sources report the Avengers seemed to leave immediately after and begin a search for Ms. Peterson.
As a helpful paper to the city of New York, The Daily Bugle will be keeping tabs on any updates so you can keep up with all of the latest news on this new, fascinating case.

Yes, I did. Oh, yes, I did write this article for fun and so I could explain the timeline somewhat better.
This is how I explained to my partner when they stated, for their sub-au of my au, that they estimated Tony at like 42 (I think):
"For my little fantasy world of AUs and HCs, I estimate him at about 31 as of the first Avengers movie, a year after which is where A Marvelous Story starts. Of course, I've altered the timeline a bit the approximate year of Sol's world is 2016, leaving the adjusted year of the Avengers movie events at 2015 instead of 2012."
Anyway, the book started in about mid-December. The jump from finals coffee in the park to brick wall left it in Mid-January until the approximate seven weeks Sol has spent in HYDRA, leaving us in early to mid-March.
And so, there you have it, an approximate and heavily edited timeline of this story so far and slightly before! Have fun with that info, I know it isn't the best timeline but it works.
