feeling grateful but... kinda confused

I'm so fucking grateful for all the thing that they do for me, but, all of them are materialist, why don't we just take de time to meet each other? Cause if I'm being honest I don't know what my completly family is about, if I get hurt, if I just think about suicide the hole day, why do you just don't care?
