Dear my love Jenna,
It's colder than you think here in this new land. There's barely enough wood for a fire or rather a house. I'm worried that I will die before I can return to you.
I wanted to let you know that if the cold gets the better of me that I truly love you Jenna Laclaire. I love running my fingers through your brown hair as you read to me at night. I love the way your hazel eyes sparkle when you get excited. Most of all I love that you love me passionately through all my faults.
If I don't ever make it back I hope that you live on for many happy years. That someday you find someone who I hope can make you as happy as you are with me.
But don't fret I'm fighting for my life here in this place, I'll return to for you my love. I swear on my life we'll be together forever.
But if death do us part, you must understand that I want everything I own to go to you. And you must not let anyone take your rights to my belongings, because they may be what you need to afford a new home.
Please stay warm as well Jenna, I miss you but we will see each other again.
Love,
Your Adam
