Optimus Prime missed Ultra Magnus terribly. Magnus had been sent on a mission overseas, and the Autobot leader longed for his friend's company. He spent his days focusing on his duty as the leader of the Autobots, but deep inside, he harbored a feeling of loneliness and sadness. Optimus knew that Ultra Magnus, being in the military, had to undergo long and arduous tasks on his mission, but it didn't make the wait any easier.nnOne day, while Optimus was on the warpath, he received a notification from Ratchet about a strange incoming signal through the ground bridge. He immediately headed to the base, and to his surprise, Ultra Magnus was standing there, looking weary but happy to be back.nnOptimus was overjoyed to see his old friend, and as he walked towards Ultra Magnus, tears streamed down his face, trying to cover his eyes so that Magnus wouldn't see him cry. However, Ultra Magnus knew exactly what was going on, and without a word, he hugged Optimus tightly to him. The Autobot leader couldn't resist and broke into tears, burying his face into Ultra Magnus's shoulder. The two of them held each other and cuddled, and for a moment, all the pain and loneliness that Optimus had been feeling melted away. It was as if time had stopped - nothing else mattered except for the two of them holding onto each other.nnAfter a few minutes, Optimus gathered himself and looked at Ultra Magnus with gratitude.
