Y/n pov:

It was 4:30am. I go to school early and leave late because I always practice by myself at 5:00 till 6:00. Then 3:15 to 5:15. Then I have to go to work. I got off yesterday. I have a side job a barista. I got promoted a week ago.

I had toast for breakfast, made my lunch, and filled my water bottle. Then I headed to school. I wish the Sturniolo's could be in my school. They go to Easton high school. That's maybe a couple blocks away from me.

I have my school back pack on my stomach and my softball bag on my back with my cleats on my bats. I make it to school at 5:00. The teachers are already here. I go to the batting cages. In the morning I bat. In the evening I practice fielding.

I first stretched. Arm stretches and leg stretches. I did some agilities. I hit off the tee focusing on my stance and my swing. I did that for 30 mins then for my other 30 mins I just swung from a speed of balls we usually do from the machine.

At the end of my practice. I saw a text from Chris.

Chris: good morning! I hope you have an amazing day at school!

Y/n: sorry just saw this, practice. And you too!
(Read 6:13)

I went to the girls softball locker room. I put my bag in my locker. Then I went to my school locker to grab all the books I need. Classes are close so I don't need to bring my backpack everywhere.

I made it to my class before everyone else did.

Mrs. Koehler: your early today than usual.

You: I practiced today this morning.

Mrs. Koehler: would you like muffin?

You: yea sure

I take a muffin. I ate it before the bell rang.

The intercoms: y/n may you come to the principles office please.

You: I not in trouble right?

Mrs. Koehler: no honey. Go ahead.

You: okay

I go to the principles office.

You: the principle wants me?

Assistant: oh yes come in right ahead.

Mr. Cuchin: yea y/n I've been needing to see you. It's about softball.

You: I've been waiting for something like this.

Mr. Cuchin: you made a essay for Oklahoma. And before you did that they sent a scholarship. For your batting and pitching. You work so hard for it. And they agree to let you go to their university.

You: no way! No way! I can't even believe it. Omg! No way. Thank you so much for telling me! I'm definitely going to Oklahoma! It's been my dream!

Mr. Cuchin: we also want you to make a speech for graduation is that okay with you?

You: oh my god! Yes of coarse I will!

I was shaking because I was so excited. But I had to go back to class.
