Number (Delilah)

Ring ring, ring ring, ring ring. I picked up my phone and answered the call.

"Hello?"

"Hi"

"Who is this?"

"Oh sorry, it's Sadie"

"Who?" I didn't remember a Sadie, only the girl from the bar but I don't think I gave her my number.

"Sadie, from the bar, is this the wrong number? I'm so sorry"

"Nomonononono, its the right number, sorry" i replied Quickly.

"Oh, ok, I wanted to Ask if We were still going to the beach today?"

Oh shit, oh shit, oh shit. I completly forget about that. When did We even plan it, what happend last night. Then it all came flooding back to me.

After I gave her her first margarita of the day she stopped me.

"Wait, miss! When does your shift end to day?"

"At 10 pm, so in like 3 hours?"

"Oh ok, can I have one vodka shot then?"

I handed her the vodka shot and she drank it just as fast as I gave it to her, she asked for one more and I delivered. Before she drunk it she looked at me.

"Don't give me more than 4 shots, even if I ask for more"

I nodded and went over to the other people at the bar. As the night went on she asked for 6 more shots, but I gave her 4 with just water.
She sat at the bar for 3 hours, a few people came up to her and invited her to their houses but she decided them all.

After my shift was over I was ready to go home, when I was walking out the door she stopped me. "Wait" someone screamed at me, I turned around and saw the same girl from the bar. She's been here for a week, why did she stop me only now?

"Yes?"

"Do you want to get some drinks?"

"Sure"

We walked back to the bar, she ordered two drinks for us. I made sure hers was virgin.
When the bartender handed us our drinks, the girl started asking me questions. What's your name, how old are you, how long have you worked here, where are you from, how's your family, and stuff like that.

When she asked me the first question I remembered I still didn't know her name or anything about her.

"My turn, what's your name?"

"Sadie"

"Sadie? That's a really beautiful name"
Her name was perfect. She even looked like a Sadie, she had the most Beautiful wavy Brown hair and plump kissable lips. Her eyes were brown like chocolate and she had a really cute smile.

We continued talking and got along really well, at the end of the night she asked if we could go to the beach the next day.

"Oh uhm, yeah if you want to"

"Ok, what time?"

"I dont know, two hours?"

"Sounds good, I'll  see you then"

I quickly left my phone on my bed.
What should i wear?

I dug through my closet to find something beachy, but all I could find was some white pants and a blue top. Luckily I had a pretty cute bathing suit. I got all my things ready and biked down to the beach.
